I’ve been pretty consistent on watching your content though over the past few months. I’m a newer sub but I really really enjoy the layout of the videos. Not much editing, very raw, 1on1, and lots of valuable knowledge. I woke up today not going to lift cause I was tired but watching the first 9 mins of this has motivated me to get the car warming up and then go hit arms and hamstrings.
I didn’t comment last video but like seeing Max’s training. I can see a lot of similarities in mindset and approach when talking about training. I was thinking about getting a bar velocity tracker to find appropriate weights to use to carryover to sprinting. They all seem really expensive
