NASA Hawaii/Circuit Hawaii Race 9-16-2023
This is my 3rd time attending the NASA (National Auto Sport Association) event here in Hawaii (my second one I forgot all my gear). A lot has changed from the previous events I attended so it's good to see improvements/changes made since then.
Layout was actually quite simple once I did the parade lap. I just had to get used to the NASA style of cone layouts (no pointer cones like SCCA). Definitely like the long sweeping turns and longer sections to build up speed. Only managed to get 5 runs in compared to previous events, but that's alright given how many laps I got to do each run. The Cusco front bar also helped more and allowed me to push a lot harder than before. All prep work for SCCA race #8 on Sunday!

I feel like it did. It gave me a bit more confidence to push harder in the turns, especially the long sweeping turn
