yeah, kick step touch! I appreciate the more challenging steps. I know they are harder for some, but I think it's really great that you have variety. There is a workout for everyone... very basic to more complex. Short or long. Verbal cuing or no verbal cuing. Keep doing it all! I personally love it all. And of course anyone can simply march in place during the entire workout and enjoy the banter, music, or both.

I'm 53 and a life long Leslie Walker but still found it difficult ( maybe in my head) to complete her 4 and five miles. I am having a great time with these videos! Almost 2 weeks ago, I was nervous when my husband was taking my son to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. I was anxious and needed a distraction. His 10,000 step video showed up in my feed and I grabbed the challenge! Not only did I finish with excitement, my son came back home with 7 minutes left on my walk! It was a great day; successful extractions, he was happy and I did it! 🙏💞🥰
Honestly I’ve never had so much fun working out. I love these kinds of workouts. You can’t help but smile and laugh dancing to these. Even if you slip up, it’s ok, it doesn’t matter. Just keep your feet moving. X

Yes Rick! So glad you managed to get it uploaded on youtube! I've just done the original version on facebook (which is another incentive for people to join the facebook group! You get the original exclusive videos if something goes wrong on youtube ;) plus lil 60 second tips too! ) I actually did this in my dressing gown and PJs (haha) as a morning boost and I can feel my leg muscles pulsing afterwards - brilliant start to my day! Also think we're a similar age (32) so when you went BIG TUUUNE! I was like hell yes it is!! Thanks for the video!

Did this today with my son who has Downs Syndrome. We both loved it and had a laugh. I’m not fit but we will get there. I feel really up beat about the whole thing. We even started watching and doing the 5.000 step video. Thank you x

I'm 30 lbs away from my ideal body weight...we can do this! Planning on modifying with a mini step box for more burn. Mixing with some Just dance, Zumba, and dance aerobics. Let's get moving :)
For people with air quality issues or heat and humidity issues these indoor workouts are amazing. Once you do the workout a couple of times you start to add more flavour and work harder. love your energy Rick, it's contagious.

This was fab! I was smiling and really enjoying myself. I was rubbish, but it didnt matter. Rick's enthusiasm and joy is infectious, i cant wait to try another one and i NEVER say that about exercise!
This is the first workout that I have done in a while. It’s so refreshing to find some thing that I can actually follow and concentrate on the work out instead of just concentrating on keeping up and focusing on the complicated steps. It did bother my knees a little bit but I’m hoping that they just get stronger with time. 1 million times thank you for making these kind of videos.

I love doing these workouts on my between running days! A BTS walking workout would be AMAZING. Their music like IDOL, So What, Best of Me, etc fit perfectly!!!

Day 2 of adding STEP WORKOUTS to my Weightloss/Exercise Program.Absolutely worked up a sweat and enjoyed the music which makes it feel like your just having a good time dancing and that I really appreciate. I am definitely trying another steps workout tomorrow.

Thank you for this workout! It was so easy to follow and got me moving after falling off my fitness goals. I have a Fitbit and love tracking my steps so having a step counter on the screen is so motivating. I also love that the workout is relatively easy so anyone can do it! Most important thing is just to get moving! I have subscribed and w ill be incorporating these workouts in my weekly routine. Thanks!
