This was the first walk with you that I have done and I managed to do the whole 20 minutes. I have multiple sclerosis and find exercise really hard and exhausting, but I managed to do this and I can’t wait to do the next one 🎉. Although not today because I’m exhausted now 😂😂😂

I've only just started to complete your walking workouts in the past month or so... I have arthritis in my hips and knees and a crumbling disc in my lower spine. I've changed my diet and started walking at home until I could join in the steps with you. I've lost 5 1/2 stones since October '23 & I feel so much better and look forward to working out with you every day... thanks Rick! 😊
For the past week, I've committed to walking 10,000 steps daily, and it's been an incredibly energizing experience. Every step feels like a step toward something bigger-a boost in motivation, a fresh perspective, and a rewarding sense of accomplishment.
I’m so glad I found these. I’m on a weightloss/fitness journey, I’m down 12kg so far and have another 10 kg to go (maybe 15 but we’ll see how it goes). I work out with kettlebells 4 or 5 times a week, but my big issue is my daily movement levels overall has been super low. Sticking one of these in on days I’m at home is a massive help. I really enjoy them, my kid will join in as well and dance around. It doesn’t exhaust me so even on my rest days it’s great at just getting me up and moving rather than on the couch all day ❤
Man, I really love your smooth and graceful steps, and I feel cheerful throughout the workout. They make me feel good throughout the workout. I did not feel tired at all because of your enthusiasm in the workout. I am really grateful that I found this video. Keep up the greatness❤❤

I stopped doing anything for a really long time and a few days ago I just tried out a few of your videos (the 15 min ones) to start off with each day and today I tried this. I got 80% of the way through and I’m exhausted but I’m so so happy! Thank you so much for making these videos because it’s really motivated me to start my fitness journey again!
I found your channel as I'm doing the 100 mile walk for breast cancer this year 😊 and these steps are great to do at home, and I've a chest infection so doing my steps outside of my home wouldn't be the best idea 😂

Currently doing a steps challenge at work and didn't feel like walking a big long route. I felt kinda weird about it since its my day off and i was like im gonna set so many steps to get ahead. This really helped lower the bar and will definitely stay even after the challenge is over. This is an amazing exercise to do during lunch breaks and stuff. Thank you so much❤️
Just discovered this channel, and I love it already! I have POTS, so working out can be discouraging and literally nauseating. Finding cardio workouts that do not involve a lot of up & down movement is difficult. That’s why this was a perfect fit for me. You make it fun and time passes so quickly! Thank you.

Hey Rick. I’m an addict now. I spent my 20’s in 1984 teaching high and low impact aerobics and so much of what you do reminds me of that. It’s such a blast. Any chance you can do an hour workout with the 80’s music you use on your LOW IMPACT WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS WITH BAD KNEES? I’m not a beginner but would love an hour of the same workout routine with the 80’s music. I used the same music back then. You ROCK!!
This was awesome. I do traditional higher impact exercise, but I don’t like to do it every day and I’d love to walk, but my area is way too hot still. This really helped out when I was feeling housebound and sedentary.
