      Everyone OMG. I can't give enough of praising!! This is like a good high 🎉🎉🎉 imagine doing this workout 3 times a day or more. I promise you omg u will feel like a brand new person. I learn when I do a hr workout all at once I feel tired and just don't want to workout anymore! This workout here is the real thing and will keep u coming back. You will feel high. A natural high and keep u coming back. I use to do a 10k jumprope challenge each day. Well not no more. This workout here is very Good. It gets me feeling my best . I can literally do more than 20k steps each day. I promise you will feel amazing. 🎉 Stay blessed everyone

    Yes It is simple and I get my heart rate up. No jumping or craziness. 20 minutes goes quickly and I have 3000 steps. I also love the walk outs to some of my faviorite artitsts. It just seems like I am dancing not exercising.

    To start with, i'm 230 kg's and am really trying to get this weight down. I recently started going to the gym twice a week doing strength training one day and endurance training the other day with a pt (which has definitely helped my motivation for weight loss). I recently discovered your channel looking for excercises to do outside of gym to hopefully help get the weight off, and this was really easy to follow. Hopefully i can stick with this most days to improve my weight loss journey :)

    this was a great work out !!!! i have two bad knees and arthritis so this is perfect work out for me.. Thanks Rick im really enjoying the variety of classes.. i did the boxing one yesterday 100% .. thank you from canada..

    I love this workout!!!!! The speed walks sometimes are hard for my hips, but this one was not. I miss the sea lol but love your energy and those 20 minutes just flew by! If it wasn't for Mother's day and the command to rest by my family I would have done it again!

    I work from home and I get 'desk fatigue' after a couple of hours so this workout was most welcome - pacy, fast and not too time-consuming. And I love your attitude, not too 'cheerleader', just right!

    I'm a diabetic and I'm in my 50s and I have arthritis and I really like your workouts right there quick and they're easy and I really enjoy doing them three to four times a week keep up the good work take care

    Had a really busy work day and just didn’t have energy to do my usually workout with your videos but wanted to do something so chose this workout. I actually jogged to it as music lent itself to jogging. Such fun just love the energy yours vids give me not just physically but mentally you lift my spirits ❤

    Workout time is "my time" at 6.30 am before a day of assisting my 90 yr old in laws who live in with us. Thanks, Rick, for making it enjoyable and fun to get those moves and steps in.💪🤗

    This is my new favorite workout! I used to follow your 5K workout on the Palm Boardwalk but I love this format more. I feel I’m doing more in less time. Can you do variations of this workout at more scenic Dubai locations and more whole body movements? Keep up the great work!

    Just finished this workout. I was surprised to know my HR reached 163. 160 bpm my v02 max. Loved it. Hopefully this will help with my 5K training. ❤❤

    I love this one. One hour earlier as usual because we changed our clocks to summertime in Los Angeles.

    Absolutely love this!!! Helps against any bad mood and stress. I am short breathed (high level of the diaphragm, paralized on the left side) and still can do it. Will do every day just to warm up, awesome!! And you are very motivating, kept me going!
