Bought my '82 Capri 5.0 new. Still have it. Ordered my '87 LX 5.0 sedan (radio delete) to go NHRA Stock racing. Still have it, and another '87 LX 5.0 that's exactly one serial number higher. Bought my 2004 SVT Cobra convertible new. Still have it. Along the way also collected a 40th anniversary Mustang, and a 25th anniversary Mustang. Apparently I like these things.
Thank You Landon & LMR team for putting the video out! I was really bummed I could not make it out to the event last week. You guys so much for the Mustang community with your products and look forward to all your continued innovations in future reproduction parts (17in turbines please 😉) Heehe - truly thanks all at LMR!
Thanks for the comment and for the support! The tally marks are stacking up for the 17" Turbines! I'll be sure and forward this mention over to the product team so they can add another one. -Landan
This has to be the greatest place on earth to work for! You folks are lucky! Thanks for the things you produce to help the hobby move forward. Your videos are the best, especially the ones that provide torque specs and tips that nobody else knew. It has really helped me with all three of our Mustangs at home. I’m also excited to see LMR venture into the OBS truck line, because I have one of them also. Probably going to be sending you even more of my paycheck now, but hey, there are much worse things to spend it on. 😂
Thank you very much for the sincere feedback and for recognizing the value that we offer here at LMR. We’re extremely blessed to do what we do. -Landan
Not giving that SVO enough credit! LandonLandon must not have driven that SVO very much. (Yes I own one) Lol but when you say it would hang with a 5 L….. that’s an understatement with minor adjustments, they would spank even a newer 5 L. They also drive so much nicer than a regular fox. Thank you for sharing the collection love the diversity.
I spent a lot of time in an SVO back in the day. A friend bought the first Canyon Red 1984 that come to Bird-Kultgen Ford here in Waco, Tx. We had a lot of fun with the 4cyl. TURBO!!!
Some damn fine automobiles right there!! Loved the video and Landon you are an excellent person representing the LMR team. Back in 1994 I was 19 and I bought an '84 Gt that I still own today. I understand how you feel about taking your prized possession out on the road- Scary sometimes!! The last 4 years I've been working on an SN95 that I found and has been a lot of fun to work on and make my own. Keep up the good work you guys rock!!
2- Tone , White Snake, Ice, Ice Baby '87 Gt, '86 Farm GT, '85 black GT. My picks & favorites. Would love to see the '86 Farm GT(Know you said it was fond in a field but I like the sound d of '86 Farm GT) with alot of work and parts and just a more informative resto done to it because I believe after I get my '92 GT fixed and ready to be my DAILY DRIVER I hope to get an '86 or maybe a Vert like the Ice, Ice Baby '87 GT. Thank You Sir For The Great and Informative video on ya'll's great Fords. Oh Yeah forgot to put the white gen1 Lightening in there! Love that truck too!!
That was an excellent video. I would called that place Mustang heaven, it brought me back in time to see some of those special cars like the 79 pace car, in 1980 there were only 2 of those cars in Ecuador, place where I’m originally from and that’s how started my interest in Mustangs. I used to had 93 GT teal and now I have 03 cobra red fire vert 12K miles, 04 GT vert black with 189K miles as daily driver and a 2016 GT350 white with blue stripes with 14K miles which I enjoy big time. Thank you for the videos. A customer.
On the "01 Cobra Vert" 😂 (@50min)with the Coyote swap, please consider using the 6R80 out of it to develop a Windsor based Foxbody kit please. My wife has a 91 GT Vert I'd like to remove the AOD and install a 6R80🙏. You're probably half way there in "development" with the Green Goblin anyhow.
Thanks for the comment! I'll forward the idea to our product team. A 6R80 behind a 302 would offer a whole different "feel" when compared to an AOD. -Landan
I think you did a great job on this video and I’m a new subscriber to the channel! I lived trough the fox years as far as father fox’s go I started with a 87 white gt then 90 7up car I had to get rid of it it was an automatic. My first brand ne 93 gt 5 spd royal blue conv 5spd that was stolen in may of 94.
Thanks for stopping by and for being a customer of LMR. It's unfortunate that our building layout doesn't allow for a larger showroom. Trust us, we wish we had some stuff on display for customers to look at whenever they stop by. -Landan
Nice collocation im a big Ford guy, have a 02 F-150 5.4 tastefully moded. My monster 2016 GT / CS Premium extremely tastefully moded, and badass. I Love Ford and bought stuff from LMR before, great job on your reviews on your cars, i love your lightning truck 👌👏🙌 🇺🇸 🤌💪👀🔥❤️‼️..
My dad bought a 93 lightning in 93 and had the ford dealer paint it white before he ever drove it home. Then ford came out with a white one in 94. So yes there is a 93 white one out there unless the new owner put it back to red.
As a big mustang fan and coming from a mustang family I love them all in one way or another and this question is for anyone out there will a stock 95 cobra in near mint condition ever be worth anything 😢 love the video and thank you for the awesome video and like always God bless 👏 🙌
Awesome collection..huge fan , loyal customer, can you guys please do a video on replacing door hinges on 05-09 , I replaced hinges but the doors are still not aligned properly and hit hard when I close them.. I cant find a video anywhere on this.. Thanks guys!
Thanks for being an LMR customer! We appreciate it! Below is quick rundown of the adjustment procedure. -Landan Door Alignment 1. Remove the door latch striker. Horizontal and vertical adjustment 2. Loosen the front door hinge-to-front door bolts. 3. Adjust the front door. 4. Tighten the front door hinge-to-front door bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft). Fore and aft adjustment. 5. Remove the front fender. 6. Loosen the door hinge-to-body bolts. 7. Adjust the front door. 8. Tighten the front door hinge-to-body bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft). 9. Install the front fender. 10. Install the front door latch striker. - Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
Hi Landan: really, really nice garage! Question of a tech nature? Ok, here we go. On a variable cam gen 3 coyote does the PCM command the cams to index properly or does it assume the cams are installed and indexed properly and work from there? Does that make sense to you?
Thanks for the comment about the collection! We appreciate it. The camshafts must be installed per the Ford workshop manual. The camshafts in a Gen 3 Coyote install in a "neutral" position, but the D-slots (as Ford calls them) have to be aligned in a specific orientation. This is difficult to explain in YT comment. There is some good info out there explaining this process. I hope this helps! -Landan
Thanks Landan. I know there can be some difference between the cam timing on one bank and the other. Sounds like Ford assumes the cams are installed correctly so the variable cam timing isn't used as a method to correct any difference. Thanks again.
Yeah, I worded that entirely wrong. Whoops! The GT in the lower right corner was highlighted in silver, though. We don't see that often since so many of the decals have been replaced. -Landan
My brothers always had fox body mustangs we called those 85 or 86 style ones honey comb wheels. I never heard the tin hole wheel or telephone hole wheel even though i see how it got that name which is obviously cool knickname
1996 was the first and only year for mass air on the Broncos with a 5.8L engine. I think some late production '95s with a 5.8L engine also had mass air. -Landan

And a terminator takeoff supercharger that are around for about $1000 would be cool combo. All of the lazer red that would be sick, and probably could get the 2 cobras for $10kish each if look around that the cost of a used kia soul... 95 cobras are getting harder to find and the 5.0 cobras are gaining a following even in the not so loved sn95 body to me there a holy grail sn95 just behind the 95 cobra R imo.

It's actually Dark Toreador Red. I had to fact check myself after the video because even I felt like I was incorrect. Referring to the OBS Broncos (92-96), Cabernet Red was only offered in '92 and '93. Electric Red was available in '94 and '95. Those three colors all kind of look somewhat similar. Cabernet is what came to mind when I saw it. Thanks for the comment! -Landan
Those corbeau seats man i hated them everything got them dirty and when you clean them they still looked dirty. Highly recommend guys not to get them in grey.
My dad had a black first Gen Lightning. For you to say they only came in white just shows you don't know what you're talking about. Kinda like the junk Chinese parts you sell there at LMR that don't fit right, like the headlight kit and gas tank I bought for my 89 LS from LMR. I doubt that I'll ever buy anything else from LMR.
Listen to the dialogue again. "White was only available for the first gens for '94 and '95. Meaning, white was not a color option in 1993. Black and red were offered all three years for the first gen Lightning. Thanks and have a good day. -Landan

Bell of the ball is the comp orange
Which one? The Cobra or the GT? Or both? -Landan
There is basically no Mach 1 content on anything lmr we need some
Thanks for the comment! Hopefully we can release some Mach 1 content in the future. -Landan
I enjoy watching all of your videos Landon. I have restored 2 foxbodys with the help and parts from LMR.

Thank you for your business! They're legit! Be sure and watch our videos for both grilles. You can find them on the product page. -Landan

Dang loved this video. A lot of my favorites
One day my 96 cobra will be at these levels (it doesn’t run currently😢)
The cat found the mustang with most room under the hood lol
Wished you guys had some type of tour available. We were there picking up parts last August and were bummed you didn’t have any kind of tour setup 😢

Yeah, I worded that entirely wrong. Whoops! The GT in the lower right corner was highlighted in silver, though. We don't see that often since so many of the decals have been replaced. -Landan
You missed one, the white New Edge Steeda that was after Landon's wife's New Edge and the 86 Capri.
Yeah, there wasn't much going on with that car. It's just a roller. Pretty rare car considering it's a serialized Steeda build. -Landan
Name the black 4 banger couple black cat 😂
That could work! -Landan
after watching the whole vid, I really want to see some more of the 331 powered car, looking to do the same swap into mine with the same heads combo.
Maybe we can feature it more on the channel in the future. Did you have any specific questions about it? -Landan
OHHHHHHHHH LETS GOOOOOOOOO
My brothers always had fox body mustangs we called those 85 or 86 style ones honey comb wheels. I never heard the tin hole wheel or telephone hole wheel even though i see how it got that name which is obviously cool knickname
I've never heard them referred to as honey comb wheels. It's cool to know what other folks refer to certain things as. -Landan
Funny thing he said 96 was mass air flow and the first year bronco got it that’s not exactly true my 95 bronco xlt 302 was a maf truck
1996 was the first and only year for mass air on the Broncos with a 5.8L engine. I think some late production '95s with a 5.8L engine also had mass air. -Landan

Hopefully you guys do a give away. I’d be honored to have any car in this collection.
We don't do vehicle giveaways. All the vehicles shown in this video are used for product research, development & testing.
An hour and a half of:…. So here’s a Mustang 😂
Landon lord you said you been there 11 yrs , the way you talk I thought you owned the place or was part owner lol

Anyone know of a honest/reliable source where I can buy a foxbody?
Thanks for watching and for the generous feedback! I'm always searching the Facebook groups and Facebook Marketplace. To me, those are the easiest and most convenient sources to look. I also like browsing some of the auction sites such as Bring a Trailer. However, that's usually where you'll find the more expensive cars. -Landan
I thought the 2000 COBRA R were not street legal or is it allowed to be driven to and from the track.
They are street legal. Both of the ones at our location are registered with license plates.
Mix in a few “ if you will” in the midst of all those “ if you must “..
You need a police interceptor in the stall.
The Bronco looks like Electric Red...same as was available as one year only Mustang color in 1993.
