And its not just the NSX that's wonderful to drive! I had a 2007 Accord estate (station wagon), with the 2.0 VTEC engine, and manual gearbox (stick shift). It was a total joy to own. Around town, the engine was silky smooth and quiet, but always happy to rev; on the motorway (freeway) the overtaking ability was phenominal, from just 156 bhp. I always used premium petrol (gasolene) which made it even more lively! And it was the little things that made the car so outstanding: a driver's seat that was perfectly shaped, low-slung and supportive. I once drove down to Devonshire - a five hour non-stop trip and got out with not an ache, or any stiffness. The handbrake (e-brake), gear stick, and steering wheel were all perfectly positioned for the driver. The instrument panel was so clear and legible. The Accord, supposedly a mudane car, had clearly been designed by people who really understood what made a car special. Oh, and to top it off, 100% reliable, in the three years I owned it. Honda, in my humble opinion, makes the best mass-produced engines around. Great video, you chaps! Greeting from England!

to get color dyes out of carpet you use Windex, an old White towel, and a clothes iron you no longer need for ironing clothes. The method is called heat transfer, you spray the stained area with Windex very well, get the old white towel wet and wring it out till it's just damp. place the damp towel over the soaked colored stain and then the hot clothes iron on the damp towel where the stain is. Pay attention to it by checking under the towel and the stain will transfer from the carpet to the towel. move the towel around to unstained areas and respray the stain with Windex as needed.
An NSX is at the top of my Honda fanboy list but as a detailer and OE+ restorer with my other cars, this was unnecessarily abused letting it sit out and then the removal of the factory wheels along with no spare tire/wheel in the frunk, and mouse condition, it’s maybe a $40k-$45k at best. Regardless, still love seeing an NSX beautified and appreciated with a detail.

It kills me that someone like myself will likely never have the means to own a dream car like that NSX, and would love and appreciate that thing in it's stock form, while this beautiful thing gets abandoned in the woods for two years. Great job on the detail, I really hope that beautiful machine doesn't get turned into some overbuilt rich-boy toy.
I hope the NSX and the R8 find a home in a garage somewhere. I would hate to see them stay outside after all the work that’s been put into detailing them.
The phase 1 NSX are crazy money now , can’t believe it was sat in a field , toughest supercar engine ever built in that era 👍 UK £65k upwards so I’d say around $100k
that black paint popped up like a frikin masterpiece! such a classic car finally being loved as she should. it was cool to see even the r8 working better as well, a really awesome video to start the new year.
The NSX and the R8 actually have quite a lot in common. They are the most approachable supercars of their time. You can daily drive either of those and, as long as you service the parts that need routine maintenance on time, they will just go forever and be eminently easy to drive. They're the perfect cars for rich people who want to look cool and exciting, but don't actually want the trouble of a more involved sports car. The clutches are very moderate, the gearboxes are easy to shift, the suspension is very compliant despite being very capable, and the steering isn't particularly heavy. Many people compare the everyday driving experience of the NSX to a Honda Accord, and they're really not too far off. If you don't push the car, then it behaves very much like a tame, mundane, but very comfortable sedan. The R8 is similar in that it drives about like an A6 if you don't push it. Comfortable, compliant, easy to drive. In today's market, a low-mileage manual 3.2L pre-facelift NSX with an original interior and stock drivetrain and body should be valued, conservatively, at $60k. In excellent condition, with low mileage, and a recent service, it could net $80k or more depending on the paint and interior colors. Type-S and other special editions can fetch more if they're in good condition. Higher mileage examples do lose some value, dropping down into the mid $40k range, mostly because of the amount of work needed to service the engine, replace all of the bushings, replumb the vacuum lines and fuel lines, etc. Of course, this may still be necessary with low mileage examples if they haven't been kept in a climate controlled environment. I absolutely would NOT recommend replacing the interior with a black interior. Black on black lacks contrast. I'd stick with the camel interior and try cleaning it again with a different type of cleaner, possibly with steam extraction. Once you start changing the color of things, the value starts to drop because it's no longer original. So if you're going to a different color then you might as well swap the dash out for black and change the seats and carpets for wine red for that yakuza look.
My cousin used to have a 1948 Lincoln, 1952 Cadillac and a 55 Bel-Air. They were all immaculate, but none had engines of transmissions. They were prop cars used for movies. He would rent them out for exterior shots. So you never can say what a car is worth by looks.
If that was my NSX, I wouldn't swap the interior for black. The Black/Tan (caramel/brown...whatever it's called) combo looks great. The seats look like they've been recovered, by the way. I've never seen a 100K+ mile NSX that didn't have wear on the side bolsters. I'd like to have those seats in my NSX. I have a Red/Tan '97 - targa/6 speed (bought it with 64K miles five years ago) and the seats are the only part of the car that look used. If his black NSX is a five speed (I couldn't tell from the video) it's a pre-1997 model with the 3.0. I think the targa option was introduced in '95 so I'm guessing his NSX (if it's a 5 speed) is a '95 or '96. As for value, my best guess for a 150K mile NSX would be $60K to $80K depending on accident history. Prices are all over the place. I just found a few 95's for sale online with 100K+ miles selling in the $90K-100K range.
On those rust stains on the carpet you could use a bottle of whink for removing rust from fabric materials this is what we used back in the day great job on that car 💯✌🏽

Wow! A car that got on the trailer under its own power😂 …Beautiful car and great job bringing it back to life! I’m glad Bill’s cars are going to get the love and attention they need, and you guys put in so much hard work detailing!
A 1995 NSX? Probably around $12,000 to $15000 dollars. It really depends on the mileage and actual condition of the vehicle. This one might be worth a solid $9,500 for this one. Because it's not an actual low mieage car. Best of luck.
And it certainly doesn't seem like hes short on cash to find a proper place to store it, or even just buy a car tent or something. Both this and the R8 just pain me.
This is surely one of the coolest cars ever made! Thanks for resuscitating this legend! It’s a gem! Please keep the stock interior, it’s beautiful and it’s factory quality!
Beautiful car, and I like the factory interior. I have almost identical wheels on my old 8th Gen Civic Si, and I think they look pretty good on this NSX. I’d think it could get close to 75k if it was sold.
75k? Are you serious? A fully built rotary swapped 700hp NSX is not worth 75k people price their vehicles at unreasonable prices because they dont want to sell them.
Yeah. I was a full time carpet & furniture detailer and QC for 8 years, as soon as I saw that carpet I knew you were not getting that out. Interesting that you use the same shop vac and tools as I did but you seem to have stolen a plastic see through end tool and somehow attached it to either the shop vac or a commercial wet vac that I used to have. An enzymatic spray and scrub is what I would have used before using the hot spray and suction on that lost carpet. I did this for years in a fortune 500 company and they would throw every problem you can think of at me. Blood, pee, urine, cat/dog hair, cat/dog scratches, salt water, rain, mold, stickers on wood, I mean everything you can think of and I had to come up with a solution. People really abuse the retail warranty and try to return it.
The car that made Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati sit up and take notice. Thank you for rescuing what is arguably many people's dream car at the time and ever since really 😊❤😊❤😊

How the hell did the car start after 2 years? Didn't the battery die? The car cleaning looks great, but I found it odd that you didn't do any mechanical checks, oil change, and other fluids... it doesn't even seem like you changed the gasoline. Too strange.
Yes, it's fake. A car abandoned outdoors does not end up with almost perfect paint, and would be completely full of rust everywhere. the paint on the ceiling should be quite faded and damaged. These people put a car outside for a week, throw dirt on it, and then put on a pathetic performance.
Entertaining video! In 2007 I was considering buying a 1990 NSX for $18k or a 1985 Porsche 911 for $18k. I bought the 911 that now in 2024 is worth $60k but the NSX is worth $90k. From an investment perspective I should have bought the NSX but from a driving perspective I'm glad I bought the 911. The 90 NSX would out perform the 85 911 but for my tastes the 911 gives me more driving pleasure. I sold the 85 911 and bought a 95 911 which IMO is the perfect Porsche 911 ever made. 😀 Cheers!

"Abandoned" for a week.
Totally agree
Snow under the car was a dead giveaway.
For three days🥱
So abandoned now means = left for 5 mins in forest in winter - no rust no dirt - bit of leafs and 2 mouses.
💀💀💀💀
The ultimate spec NSX... That IS the car you should be trying to buy Bill. And holding on to... Very nice!😁
That paint job held FIRM AF!
Another great video guys. Fully mobile. That’s awesome! I’ll definitely be on the lookout for and barn finds that I can call you in for. Dane also seems like a great guy and has a wonderful shop.
That would be awesome! Let us know if you come across anything sweet. & Dane is an awesome guy
You guys have restored my faith in the young generation in the USA; your sense of attention to your profession, yes it's a "profession " what you guys are doing with honesty and your sense of humor is sharp 🫵
Best of luck.
i can't believe the owner wants to put a black interior in this car. Then again, he bought it BEFORE he had a place to properly store it.
And it certainly doesn't seem like hes short on cash to find a proper place to store it, or even just buy a car tent or something. Both this and the R8 just pain me.
The guys convinced us, just the carpet will get replaced. RJ and the guys did such a great job, the seats look like new now
The owner is a complete tool leaving a car like that in the woods ? Some people are just completely brain dead no common sense.
@@daryl9799and you are one if you can’t see the fake in the video
Okay Maybe my Prediction was Wrong.. 😂 Thanks For Coming Out Again! 🙌 I'll Keep an Eye Out For Another 👀
It's okay, you still made it 99% better in my book. Thanks for hosting us, we had a blast and we can't wait to come back and do another with you!
This is surely one of the coolest cars ever made! Thanks for resuscitating this legend! It’s a gem! Please keep the stock interior, it’s beautiful and it’s factory quality!
Love this channel, y'all's content is like none other. Can't wait for more!
this is sooooo staged. "car is siting here for 2 years" meanwhile 0:10 fresh tire tracks from trailer exist
The car actually looks clean lol😅
Looked fake from the thumbnail.😅
0:57 you can see the "tracks" you mentioned haven't flattened the frozen grass or leaves or snow, meaning the car has been sitting 😅
This video was so satisfying to watch! From neglected to pristine! Great job! 👏🏾
But this car wasn't abandoned...
It was left in a field for 2 years by the owner, that’s what abandoned means
@@reecehignett95it had an owner
@@mohamadesmkan owner who abandoned it
Your mom abandoned you
@@350z33hr she actually did. Completely!
The drove an NSX on "GRAND TORISMO",a lot of fun. Beautifull car, good lines, shape. And from this vid, great engine sound!
This tool downplaying why he left these cars outside to rot. Once a DB, always a DB.
The guy doesnt deserve this car or the R8. Shameful!

It really does look like a Ferrari from certain angles!
Great Work, Guys!! NSX looks Incredible!!
Wow!! Killer find and detail as usual!! 🔥
Thanks Mario! Hopefully a Porsche is in our future together ;)
Detailing was amazing, then super cringe for doing donuts in the snow,,, I was disappointed lol
How's that cringe?
Saya dari Indonesia, saya juga buka usaha auto detailing...tapi kalian luar biasa..dan menginspirasi...
😊 you guys are truly amazing 👍😁 I highly enjoy watching your videos bringing cars back to life that have had no TLC you guys are truly one of a kind I had to stop this video halfway through because I had something to do but I actually am looking forward to the second half it's funny I feel like I've been watching a soap opera and and I am left with a clip hanger I will definitely watch the second half I'm curious to see how clean this car comes out but I know you guys will do a bang-up job👍 I am a big fan keep up the good work for 2024
Great job guys 🎉
Acura NSX is one of my dream cars, I love it so much, the cleaning was incredible ❤😍🤩👏
Excellent work, guys.
Looks like a lot of more Cleaning Stuff for Acura NSX for the Future.
this guy just loves leaving car out to rot
Honestly weird. You’d think he’d leave them on some kind of trickle chargers if anything
HONDAS = seem to be a pretty good car = as a japanese vehicle = made well and engines REV ! never had one but = a NSX - supercharged = would be great .
Fantastic job 👍! As always: The right tools in the right hands can do miracles 😊!
Dude was so confident on getting out those stains then proceeds to do nothing special lollll with that confidence I was hoping on some secret concoction not just what everyone else would have done
I've watched about 6 of these so far and i guess ill sub. I think it was showing actually cleaning the insides of the wheels.
These feel fack AF . 😂 leave car in wood for a few weeks and clean up. 😂
If this car is rested since from many years or months then how is it possible the snow is under the car also 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
3:10 it wasn't though?
First time watching the channel. Man oh ,man!!! The detailing was extraordinary. My cars were never abandoned and not even that old. But I want my cars and trucks detailed by you all. Its always the attention to the smallest details that gets me. Great job gentlemen. Great job!!!😁😁😁😁😁
Nobody cares.
so its not abandoned then?
No
Clickbaited
I must applaud the guy who created the fake dirt on the car. Seems so real
How the hell did the car start after 2 years? Didn't the battery die? The car cleaning looks great, but I found it odd that you didn't do any mechanical checks, oil change, and other fluids... it doesn't even seem like you changed the gasoline. Too strange.
Really grinds my gears how he didn't clean that carpet completely under the seat dammit lol use stronger chemicals 😅
It was completely stained. The only thing that would fix it is dye or replacing which Bill plans on replacing it
We have a black carpet waiting to go in it
I'm sorry, I'm seriously doubting that you really found this in the woods; you probably put it there yourselves for a few months just for your video.
I was thinking that too.
Yes, it's fake. A car abandoned outdoors does not end up with almost perfect paint, and would be completely full of rust everywhere. the paint on the ceiling should be quite faded and damaged. These people put a car outside for a week, throw dirt on it, and then put on a pathetic performance.
Abandoned car, then the owner shows up?
That's what i am thinking, you can find any car abandoned but not nsx. It's not just car but emotion of every 90s kid.
cool, y’all clearly didn’t watch or pay attention to the entire video
Its oddly satisfying to see that high pressure jet blast all that dirt off😂
Uk here , just found this channel with the Honda find and I'm giving it a go as everyone deserves a chance!!
😀 Cheers!
Didn't you check if the chassis was rusted before buying ??
22:02 That seat looks so damn comfortable! 90’s era car seats always had that cushion to it. These days it’s all just flat with a lil side bolstering sMh 🤦🏽♂️
I watched this video after the R8, and when you said many of your viewer haven't subscribe your channel, I click subscribe and give this support for your awesome videos.
Have a great one @WD Detailing
30:52 Listen here because this is absolutely true of the first generation NSX; it is a better reliable drive and handling sports car than most other ones at twice to price. There is no (of very very few) substitute to Honda's New Sports Xperience (NSX) super car!!!
I like that car i remember high hopes
Great job bro...very beautiful
I was finance manager for an Acura dealer in Carlsbad in 97 when the NSX first came out. It was $70k new, which was pretty expensive then.
Yes, I was wondering where I could buy me one of those Pressure washer attachment that washes underneath my car because I live in the area where salt in the winter time and also keep up the good work, I am enjoying this channel
Ребята, Вы большие молодцы! У меня Хонда Аккорд 7. Люблю его безумно!
The Acura NSX is an icon and belongs in a museum!
You guys did an awesome job!! I would’ve ran the ozone generator though before cleaning the interior just to kill off any smell and bacteria
I would be interested in Bill starting a channel showing him restoring his cars.
You give these cars back to this Bill and he will park them in the woods again. We will wait for your next restoration on these cars in 2 years!
Nice job. Didn't realize u can put iron removal on the body of the car and spray water on the alternator n still work.
Make that car shine!!!
Love it..."While the snow melted over night ? no snow brush ? first thing ..all snow off :)
