I was my first time to attend, I know a lot people probably complained about the time it took to get in, but hey I didn't think it was all that bad, the outside crew seemed on top of it, really proactive, rather than reactive. I enjoyed it...................... On complaint I have is.... wish I had a little longer on the track.. but I know everyone gets their chance..LOL
Thanks for the comment! In the past, the wait times to get into the venue was almost an hour, maybe longer. This year, we really cut it down to maybe 10-15 minutes top. Which was a huge improvement. As for the time on the oval, yes, the time wasn't as long as people would hope. But Texas Motor Speedway officials have done this kind of stuff before and knew the best way it would work. With the amount of people that we anticipated to show up, we had to limit the amount of laps each person was given. But that's why we have the road course open, so anyone can get on there and do it as many times as they would like to! Thanks again for coming out to the show and we hope to see you there next year!
Know anything about that “Post Event Deal” that was going on? We all got those little business cards with the QR Code telling us that if we signed up, we would be notified on Dec 1st. I purposely waited, ignored Black Friday sales, just for that one.
