Judging from the comments I've been seeing online from the verdict coming out of NYC yesterday, there is now going to be a wave of panic buying of guns, ammo and of course, reloading supplies that we can barely get now. Where I am in northern NY, primers, I haven't seen any in a month. Sure I can order them online on a couple of places for a king's ransom, same with #10-#11 percussion caps for my muzzleloaders. Certain calibers of ammo are very hard to get and pricey at that and my guess, they're going to get worse from now on.
Blaming people for buying ammo as all this BS is transpiring is rather dumb... If you take for granted you'll be able to buy guns and ammo tomorrow is rather being myopic in thought... I suggest one gets what they need... But I live believing one day it will not be available or be so restricted and/or cost prohibitive(already is for many) ....I therefore buy. A guy that frequently posts from Australia said they're paying almost a thousand dollars for 5 pounds of Alliant... 🤷♂️
Midsouth had free hazmat last weekend, so I ordered stuff an 8pounder and several 1 pounders and 3000 other things, ups destroyed my order in their possession 😑 😒. This ain't the first time or the 5th time
It baffles me that people haven’t discovered that many if not most of the old black powder cases like Dutch Beaumont and French Gras are manufactured in and can be ordered from Australia. Look it up! I deal with Northern Shooters Supply of Australia and the only snag, if you want to call it that, is a six week delay while they get an export permit. I order from them and in six weeks the cases show up here in my mailbox in Pennsylvania. Nice brand new cases in boxes with a kangaroo logo on them. And the price is fair with the exchange rate.
With the price increases of reloading components including primers and powder looks like a backdoor to kill the 2nd Amendment! Palmetto State Armory has stopped selling their AAC reloading bullets over a year ago. They will not answer my question as to WHY? I had more respect for them before their non answer. Just sayin'.
All firearm, ammunition and therefore component manufacturers in this industry are deeply in bed with the federal government... they by default are bootlickers. 🐙👁️👹

People need to calm down. If the appeal is rigged too then you better have already stocked up lol
You best get what you need now, regardless.

Very expensive.
Boils down to...cant feed it any rounds....whats it gd for..... Its use has been diminished....think about that...
Your videos would be much better if you invested in a microphone.
So, we are damned if we do and we are damned if we don't..🇨🇦

This is such Bs. The reloading crisis is all by design. Plus the major components price gouging / jump is ridiculous.
