- Did you know GERD or Acid Reflux can often be relieved by simple stretches and exercises? In this video, I'll show several stretches and exercises that can help prevent and relieve the symptoms of GERD or acid reflux. So what is Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), also known as acid reflux? It's when stomach acid flows back up into the esophagus repeatedly causing irritation to the lining of the esophagus. This can cause many symptoms including heartburn, coughing, chest pain, and difficulty swallowing.
Improving overall spinal mobility can help the body with digestion, and improving digestion can help reduce GERD.

I am also facing same issue.
I know this question isn’t about Relieving acid reflux but it is about a video you did five years ago on exercises for Ulnar nerve entrapment. Is it wise to heat and ice the elbow then do the exercises? Mine is entrapped at the elbow?

Thanks for this video. Often wondered if a result of acid reflex, repetitive coughing as an example may be relieved by change of posture while in lying in bed. Do pillows matter, for example?

I have pain in the knee joints. The doctor told me about the presence of moderate friction. Are there any useful exercises for the knees, noting that I have had little movement since retirement five years ago?

well you can do your exercises hourse before eating then you can do light exercises after eating, like taking a walk
I am dealing with some major anxiety at the moment and when I have a bad patch I feel like I’ve got acid relfux, but, I don’t think it’s actually reflux? It’s a burning in my chest that is a symptom of the anxiety? Does that sound possible? I hate this anxiety so much 😢

It really just depends on what specifically is causing it, so unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you.

BTW… Any exercises for gastroparesis? I know doctors have said I have to live with this but this isn’t living, I’d like to at least TRY to feel better

Sometimes deep breathing exercises help as well. Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different, but if you are cleared by your doctor to do stretches and exercises, it might be worth trying to see if it helps.

It depends on what is causing the lump in the throat It depends on what stage of recovery you are in and how your body reacts to treatment, but in general, therapeutic exercises can be done 1-3 times a day, every day.
