- I can never have enough noodles and this is my favorite with the use of the fragrant curry powder. I'm going vegetarian here but you wouldn't miss a thing with all the fresh ingredients. Don't make a face about the tofu, these fresh-fried tofus are so delicious you'll be thinking about eating them weekly. Enjoy and I hope you'll make it soon!
Ingredients:
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced thin
1 cup of fried tofu, sliced (store bought)
1 cup of soy-sauce soaked tofu, sliced (store bought)
1/2 white onion, sliced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
2-3 tablespoon of soy sauce, or to taste
Salt to taste
Spicy soy sauce dip:
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of crispy chili in oil
