Some of you asked about the curry powder I used. Here it is: haisue.ca/cart-2/?add-to-cart=9207 I got from an Asian market. Any other curry powder should work too. Enjoy 😋
Singapore noodles is one of my favorite dishes and yours looks so amazing ! I never thought I could make this dish at home that tasted as good as our favorite Chinese takeout restaurant but this is even better! I love the taste of the curry powder with the chili’s . Love your videos and can’t wait to see more recipes I can try at home.
Yup... saw they used a lot of chili oil in this dish. Even I cannot eat spicy but more oil would be taste better lol , but not healthy right? Just eat one- 😝
My wife tried this today for dinner. It has excellent flavor, well blended and light. We used the vermicelli rice noodles by Rolands and it was fantastic. Thank you for this recipe.
Wow, kudos lady. I can't believe you made a simple meal without adding the salt/sugar loaded soy sauce and fish sauce. I almost didn't want to watch. Salt is all that is needed, thanks for the simplicity.
9:41 "And some soy sauce." It's in there. But the use of soy sauce and/or fish sauce doesn't mean that a dish has too much salt. The sauces have salt in them, sure, but as with all good cooking you cook to taste. Soy and fish sauce also add a great umami flavor that you can't get from salt alone.
Mam, love the simple way you explain and the simple way you prepare . Most important ,the ingredients you use are available. Thank you . Stay blessed !
It looks so easy to make. I did make it. Truely very delicious, and the curry flavour was an instant hit with my family. Thank you chef for an easy Chinese meal !
@@Celeb-w7j If you use olive oil or avocado oil at a lower heat, it's much healthier. I'm on keto and am making this tonight with shiritaki noodles and I won't really be stir frying I guess, but it will still be delicious. You obviously can adapt to accommodate to your diet. This certainly is way healthier than take out and definitely is much less oil
@@Celeb-w7j For the amount of noodles and other ingredients there are, it's not so much. If you do not add enough oil you will be eating a very dry dish. Oil also helps your body absorb nutrients from the food.
