  • This is how I remove the primary clutch on my can am, I'm sure there is other ways of doing it, and if u know of a better way post a comment to let everyone see instead of making a negative comment, Thanks.
    I put new pucks or buttons what ever u want to call them, They were 55.00$ for all 12 at the dealer, and 140.00 for the new belt.

    What's size bolt fits the secondary to release the belt, I was hoping you'd mention it in the video.

      M8 x 1.25 x 70mm is what I mostly see used. You can make due with a shorter bolt as Ive used a bolt as short as 40mm and it worked(barely though)You can purchase the bolt at your dealer for $25. I went to Canadian Tire and bought the bolt for less then $3. Hope this helps

    For anyone watching this the clutch pulley does not just slip off unless it just happens to be lined up correctly. You'll need to turn the clutch pulley counter clockwise as you pull.
