Hi People! We have to help native born to be able to stay and survive in Ghana. He is doing a great deal of work by educating us on the dos and don't in Ghana. His informations are of great help. We must help our own. He will find it difficult in Ghana because of his huge family coupled with no good source of income. I'm a Ghanaian living abroad. I can tell you that it's not easy living in any country, no matter how cheap living expenses are if there is no source of good income. Let's help him, and to my fellow Ghanaians, Africans, etc help this man and his family because he is doing a great job with his beautiful family. Native born, Some of us are ready to donate something to you, and even help in one way or the other. Tell us how we can donate to help you.

My experience in Africa, Kenya specifically has taught me to let my wife deal with the locals. Prices are jacked up because as a Westerner they believe you are rich. A nice follow up to this video would be to have a local make the same inquire. I salute this family for leaving the Plantation for the Motherland. Great video!
A Perry I have already decided to haggle over every price given. I have already trained my mind to say no make it lower at least three times before buying something

nice apartment but as a Ghanaian I believe the price they are quoting you is entirely too high and a rip off considering the area is located. Some homeowners will change the price depending on who is renting if you are not local and dont speak the language they will get over you easy,so not worth the price. If you compare the prices to us dollars you will always think its cheap .
Exactly - you need to send someone to NEGROtiate for you. I called with a USA Accent in JA and they told me $300 More than when my cousin called. The same house I rented is $650 but my friend who is Jamaican pay $500 with same floor plan plus an extra bathroom.
John you are the man bruh, I'm a retired educator really thinking about relocating to Ghana. Did know how inexpensive it is to actually live there. My retired check would make me live like a king lol. All I need is a 1Bedroom secure nice apartment. I'm also thinking about still teaching part time or maybe starting my own technical school. One of my former students from Ghana insisted upon me living with his family in Ghana, but I'm from the U,S and you know how we love our own space lol. Bruh i love what you're doing. I watch every video you post and wish I would have done the same when my 3 daughters were kids as well. Nevertheless I'm gonna live out my dream of returning to the mother land. I've had the big house in suburban Atlanta with 7 bedrooms and a finished basement. Now it just the two of us here and I actually don't know how 95% of the house looks like. I'm only 55 so there's plenty of time to move on to the second career. Maybe I could use my expertise to do so good with others that are interested in learning.
Your story is inspiring and you are very young to have accomplished so much. Starting a technical school would be great. The Ghanaians believe strongly in education and love to learn. You are definitely on the right track.
Native Borne thanks John, that means a lot coming from a young conscious brother like yourself. Man I really admire you and your wife. I look forward to watching your videos on a daily basis. Before I retired I started a technical school in Metro Atlanta for refugees in the local area. Those were the most respectable group of men I've ever met in my life. They had a genuine love for education and nearly all graduated with honors and are now gainfully employed making more money than I. Some are even self-employed contractors.
Just curious Mike, but why are you thinking of relocating to Ghana (as opposed to any other African country)? I love these types of videos as well, and I see in the comments sections that so many of us Black Americans talk of relocating to Ghana, but I (personally) have never seen any talk of relocating to any of the other countries on the continent. I always wonder why specifically Ghana.
Monica W African American from west Africa so I think they try to keep it that way also west Africa have 18 countries it's enough to host all the diaspora. But u r right it's 54 countries on the continent choose any country of ur choice it a big huge continent.
Talking about the ashaley botwe apartment I mean the first one. The neighbourhood seem to get flooded whenever it rains. Take a critical look at the streets. It could be a good breeding ground for mosquitoes and this could pose serious threat to your kids' health. Don't forget to check if the neighbourhood gets flooded when it rains when renting an apartment.
Oh man you're right. Because Americans will prefer to do business with him and they will know you're not a scammer. And Americans are comfortable when they are dealing with someone with the same accent.
Excellent advice! They could make an income by finding renters/vendor fees from the property owners, relocation assistance/consultation fees and UA-cam. We want the trust and security upon our exit and arrival. The smoother the transition, the more will come! Check it out: "Native Borne relocation assistance" slogan: We are here to make your exit smooth and entry comfortable! Welcome to Ghana! 😂
To buy a house in Ghana, could start around $40.000 plus depending on the area and your taste.I have seen Mansions with landscapes for under$80.000. One of the pleasures of living in Ghana,is when you can build your house to your specs!!! Don't be a tenant for someone, have your own!
King kINGS ,I am not talking about the average Ghanaians I am talking about the the Black person from the diaspora who wants to construct a house in Ghana. I feel it is more fruitful building your house than renting!!!
Thanks for the RENTERS info it's very helpful. Others are giving land purchase horror stories too much time and scammers. This softens the blow of cost of moving. Your info makes moving appear to be easier than others.
Brother, make sure you buy a plot of land soon . Then start your own house little by little . Everyone is moving to the outskirts of Accra , areas like Kasoa , Amasaman, Samsam, Oyibi, East Legon Hills , Dodowa , Afienya and so on . $1250 to $5000 can buy you a nice plot. Which will be 70ft by 100 ft size plot of land . Then you put up a budgeted 2 bedroom house on it with size between 80 to 100 sq meters .
Buddy Odell the duration of building your own house depends on your budget and the size of the building plan . As long as you have the money you might finish within schedule .
@Buddy Odell Hahaha menh you made me laugh so bad, inspection? By who? Just make sure the land doesn't have any kind of litigation problems, register the land and you are good to go. You can find reliable workers,i can even help you with one.
I was cracking up when u switched up ur 'accent'! Lol I think next time, u should take a native ghanaian to do the negotiating. $700 is a bit much from what I'm told...
Marion Jones. Meeee 2. He changes his accent when engaging with the NATIVES. It's the environment...it has that affect when ur living THERE. The SAME exact thing happen 2nd when I lived in AFRICIA. When I returned HOME (USA) ppl tell me I hv a Heavy accent. Lmaooooooo
But eventually he will pick it up naturally as will the family. The tongue becomes accustom to its surroundings. US northerners move to the south and pickup that southern accent.
FAMILY, WHAT I LEARNED ABOUT LIVING IN GHANA,BUY OR BUILDING YOUR OWN HOUSE.IF YOU HAVE TO RENT,MAKE A TRANSITION TO YOUR OWN HOUSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
Irene Abban really I would definitely buy in the village then cause development is going to get there next just don’t know how long but it’s smart to buy early or even for farming
@@thebridge5483 Yeah now farming is becoming a big thing in Ghana. But always get a trustworthy local to bargain, when you live in west they always want to charge a lil bit more. They do it with all of us(Ghanaians living abroad)
Thanks so much for sharing. Your vids are the closest that I've ever been to getting an authentic idea of what living in African is truly like without actually being there in person. You've taken a tremendous amount of guess work out of the equation. Very thorough and majorly informative. Amazing! Blessings. 🙏🏾😍❤️
Native Borne, I am truly grateful for your video on this subject. For folks like me contemplating on relocating to Ghana, this is very useful. Not only are the rates and styles of homes important, but the area in which these homes are located. Thank you.
Dude, Ghana is a developing country, like 80 percent of countries on earth. Dusty roads are not a sign of 'corruption' but of the fact that they are a developing country which has only been independent for half a century, and is therefore still building up its infrastructure. So don't expect it to look like the USA or Japan or something.
Beautiful ... I so admire your family's courage. I'm so mentally prepare to exodus (exit) from the U.S., however; fearfulness of the unknown is what is griping my husband and I at the moment. If I were single and younger, I wouldn't have thought twice. Howbeit, with a family ... one must consider all involved in such a great move. Nonetheless, fear has no place in my home and WE WILL leave, and safely/ strategically relocate. I appreciate the time you and your beautiful family took to make this video. Immensely informative. Thank you kindly.
Have you visited the country that you would like to move to yet? If not, that is the FIRST step...an informed decision. The unknown becomes a lot more clear after an extended visit. My daughter and I stayed in Kenya for 2 months. The pros, cons, and realities of immigration and what daily life for YOU (and your family) would be like are things that are crucial to understand before exiting.
Monica W My husband and I are working toward the visiting part of the country we have chosen. That is definitely a great start, however, I believe the tourist attraction of visiting is far more diverse than actually living in that particular place, would you agree? Do you think it's important to have other family there prior to moving? Nonetheless, visiting prior to moving is imperative, as a means of familiarizing ones self with the way of life. Thank you kindly for your comment.😊

I would recommend steering clear of tourist attractions in any country you visit, definitely. The tourist attractions, hotels, resorts, etc have nothing to do with daily living. What I mean is staying in a residential area (an Airbnb, is a good opportunity to do this). Beyond that, learning to navigate transportation, shopping at the market and preparing food, experiencing prolonged water shortages or power outages, waste management, furniture, local languages outside of English, the art of negotiating and bargaining, laundering your clothes, having a social life, there is a lot that will make you very aware of just how americanized you really are. I don't know anything about the experience of having family in any other country, so I can't answer that. I imagine that would be nice to have relatives there who could help you navigate the country and be a social outlet.
THANKS WOW WOE THIS WAS A WONDERFUL AWESOME TOUR FAR AS LOOKING FOR A APARTMENT TO RENT VERY REALLY SPECIAL VIDEO I NEVER KNEW AFRICA HAD UPDATE APARTMENTS AMERICA BE ONLY SHOWING ON TV IMAGE OF HUT'S AND MUD HOME'S
Keep doing your thing brother, you doing really good. I like how you take your girls along and expose them to the real everyday hustles of ghana life. This is great info tho, looking to resettle in Accra soon. You could be hosting your own real estate show soon if you keep doing this 👌🏾
lol I noticed every time he's speaking to the Africans, he change to having an accent...but when they're not around he's back speaking american accent...lol
Good job. You showed places that are realistic for the average person coming from abroad that are also clean and safe. The back up water tanks are the key. For those who are saying that these are expensive they are forgetting that if you live in a cheap place without back up water and no security your health is going to be at risk. If you are coming to Ghana to go and fetch water a few miles away then feel free to go for cheaper but Ghana has come a long way and not everyone accepts certain struggles as a way of life.
Nice apartment bro, but i think before you rent those high price apartment you should consider your monthly income in ghana first. If you convert the cedis(ghana currency) into dollars it looks cheaper but bro it add up faster. Those who rent those high price apartment in ghana are high class and foreign nationals who are there for business or those who are being paid in $ or who want to live in ghana for short time but not the average Ghanaian like myself. The question is how many Ghanaians earn ghs2200( $400)a month? Accra is expensive. The same apartment or house u can get it in koforidua abou half the price.
I definitely enjoyed watching this video. I’ll be traveling to Ghana next month Lord Willing. Majority of my stay will be in Takoradi. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to live in Ghana.
TheElizabeth125 sorry but I disagreed. Ghana is a growing country that is only 61 years in independence age. It has taken 100’s of years for Europe and the americas to transform to the standards of today. Slowly but surely, Ghana will also advance to modern standards but more importantly Ghana will maintain and apply its cultural. ✊🏾 🇬🇭
konkonbishl I agree that there are many domestic needs in Ghana (Including modernisation of infrastructure) rather than debating this topic, the question is what are we going to do about it? The government can only do so much. Small / medium enterprises usually contribute to the facilitation of these issues that we are addressing.
Wize One I agree so in the words of the great Bob Marley, “How long shall they steal our profits while we stand aside and look”? There is a new pulse of hope under Nana Akufo Addo’s leadership. Thanks for your comment ✊🏾
Lovely vlog!! I wouldn't mind renting then transition to building my own....this will be my 5 year plan. I'll be visiting next year and look at some land to purchase. Hope you guys are doing well!! Much love from NYC!
EBONY WRIGHT u r right my dear get a land and build any house of ur choice, also u can build another house and put rental in it and become a land law a lot of African American owns lands businesses in Ghana
moses Sawbo That's good to know....I was thinking of doing that as well!! Once that goes well, I will start a small business too. I have so many ideas, but going to do it one at a time.... First to continue saving money lol. Thank you!!! 😊😊
EBONY WRIGHT yep trust me I know some African American here in new Jersey they don't even work they getting pay from their properties in 2 African countries. If u build ur own house and build another house for rental, u will have a lots of people from Europe America Asia that wants to live in ur house and u can tell them I don't take monthly payments I only take 1 year or two years payment yep u make a lot of money, and u can still have another business on the side as well.
the amenities there compared to U.S. rentals are definitely something to talk about as a plus. But I'm sure if one has time to shop around one may be able to find another of equal value but even cheaper cost. All depends upon the individual and what they are willing to put into their research for their desired comfort.
Exactly. Don't be fooled. There are many much more nicer apartments and neighbourhoods in Accra than what was shown in this video. All depends on what you are willing to spend.
I don't know why Ghanaians are charging so much for such low quality.. It baffles me. I have 58 acres of land and planning to build something great on it in Koforidua.
bruh this is one of the most beautiful and inspirational videos I've seen this year. I'm thinking of making that move back home myself. bruh this video touched my heart. May God continue to carry you and your family. thx for sharing
Very insightful and informative video! It's a relief to know that our people are actually connecting with each other and sharing information on relocating to Ghana!
I am from London, UK and my fiance was born in Ghana. We plan to move to Ghana for good in three years time. We have a house built out there already. I can't wait honestly! Thank you for your insightful videos. Your family is beautiful ❤💙💚💛💜🖤
Miscellaneous MeMe were you able to build with amenities like better a/c? I cannot imagine the significant change in my standard of living. Also, can you build a pool on property? Or is it ridiculously expensive? These spaces are narrow and smaaaaaall!!!
We are on the other side uganda. Hopefully if everything goes planned we will be back in September over there. The power went off where we we're at back back on with in 30mins sometimes a couple of hours. The renting in uganda is similar you will either pay 2,3 or 4months upfront. I had paid $145/month for a 2 bed room and a 2 bed room house $87/month but the house was more close to village life. I love your videos very informative and these apartments are beautiful. Thank you for the apartment tours.
Uganda my Country. Welcome. In the 2000's Power would go off for 24 hours. But such things are rare now. But those 30mins power off are still there. Sometimes goes off the whole day if they are fixing something.
👏👍Wow thank you, these Ghana Tour vids are priceless, ☺️ I truly appreciate them, I feel like "YEAH!!" 🤔 🤓 I have more options, in where I can afford to move to in this world!! 🌍....The last apartment is really nice, places like that don't exist in NY!!! 💵💰💳💸 💸💸And never with everyone having their own bathroom for $700!!! 😂😂😂
When you want to rent a place like this get someone who speak the local language that you trust to negotiate it for you or you will be rip off. The prices where too high for that
I notice how your accent changes when talking to Ghanaians...It was the same way for me when I lived in Cartagena. Looking forward to making a move here for me and the family.
I know this video was made 2 years ago but thank you for this content. This type of move is something my family and I are thinking about. Of course we plan to visit Ghana first a few times. We are a multi-generational family similar to yours and we would have income from USA through real estate holdings. We could live really well in Ghana (although we live well in america) but what's middle/upper middle in america is wealthy there. Very interesting! Thank you again.
👀 wow I wanna cry just watching this video knowing I’m in Cali paying 1058 for 1 bedroom 😢 🤦🏽♀️I’m definitely living in the wrong damn place.. I need to move to Ghana asap😳, it look so beautiful n peaceful there....
We have petty crimes here but it's not as the USA. You don't have to worry about guns, gun violence, school shooting and many more. Alot of us haven't seen or heard a gun shot before. You just need to learn the country and be Aware of your surroundings like you will do any where. Justice is a times served by the community you live in if anyone should attack you. You just have to yell thief or attacker and you will see bunch of crowd before police arrive. Its bit always a good scene if you have soft heart like me. I don't believe in jungle justice here but we agree some child molesters deserve it.
Astro Ziga hello that’s good to hear , that’s the very reason I left jersey because if all the kids dying from gun violence, I tried to take my kids somewhere safe , ended up in California but it’s the same here they just had a shooting at my son school, I had to rush home from work to go get him ... it seems like there is no safe place gun violence is every where.. smh .... but this place Ghana seems like paradise, I wish I could afford to go there or some Caribbean island and just live in peace..... thanks for the info...
One of the things I don't like about Ghana (probably more so in the Greater Accra region) is that houses have little to no grass, and tall walls around them with barbed wire on top. You start to wonder is this a house or a prison.
That is true, in Accra, they have cut down the natural trees everywhere! The trees are a sence of beauty and protection from the sun rays and they are cut down. You have to develop your own landscape while living in Ghana.
kweli05 but they always hide the gated windows w beautiful curtains. Also, I can't stand all the mismatched tiles in every room. It would drive me nuts. Lol
Nice video brother I moving to Africa next year I don't know what part yet but i can't wait to start a business over there, and hopefully have a better life in Africa.
Good Luck Family! It's not easy but it is doable (esp as u have each other to lean on). I've been here 10 years now and I have to be honest and say it took me 6 years to feel at home! My kids adapted much quicker though. The earlier u bring them the better!
Its so cool how you can naturally shift your accent to ghanian-english. I feel some people are just naturally gifted at picking ul languages/accents and can absorb them like a sponge. And some other people can just do it under pressure/survival instinct. Its a very useful if you plan on moving to a different country. You remind me of the African American woman who married a Nigerian man and has lived there for 50 something years... shes un her 70s now if shes still alive. Her accent sounded american mixed with nigerian. Like the sentence structure sounded like pidgin english but then her accent was american. It was so cool.. even her mannerisms had changed after being there so long.
samantha simon damn fam I thought it was bad on the cape lol it's insane cost of living keep going up while the earning stays the same. I wish mentally I was at this stage 5 years ago I would have already move to Africa. Buy land while they cheap before foreigners turn Africa into America for Africans
Angelo Delks ...I feel ya...folks have lost their minds here in Texas in the last few years. In just 5 years there has been a 31% jump in housing cost and property taxes are off the chain.
Great Video Bro. Will they let you rent it and do your own air bnb If Ghana anything liking Jamaica...The stronger the US ACKcent the more US they quote you ...like at last 3 BR. But in JA that gets you a luxury gated clubhouse community.
peace.. we gotta buy up land in africa because other people (but us) are buying up land and building there. It does not make since for us to not have our own when we visit or prepare to make destination change and get caught up living that american rent life.. I know electricity is high there. Have you guys met Baba ProfessorJames Small while there.? .

Monica W African American from west Africa so I think they try to keep it that way also west Africa have 18 countries it's enough to host all the diaspora. But u r right it's 54 countries on the continent choose any country of ur choice it a big huge continent.
Kumasi and Obuasi are much cheaper than in Accra. Please come home to Ghana, it is your home. Come help develop your ancestral home. We love you guys
Please write a book..
Please make a step
By step guide tour.
You make black americans fear disappear.. .
Man, you should go into real estates and hospitality to help expats .. that’s some good business in front of you there! Great opportunity 😁😁
Oh man you're right. Because Americans will prefer to do business with him and they will know you're not a scammer. And Americans are comfortable when they are dealing with someone with the same accent.
trin bre I made the same suggestion in another video and I think they do know Bomani.
Excellent advice! They could make an income by finding renters/vendor fees from the property owners, relocation assistance/consultation fees and UA-cam. We want the trust and security upon our exit and arrival. The smoother the transition, the more will come! Check it out:
"Native Borne relocation assistance" slogan: We are here to make your exit smooth and entry comfortable! Welcome to Ghana! 😂
Isaac Narh - You are so correct. I hope he sees your comment and takes it consideration.
trin bre i watch bomani videos all the time. And I’ve asking myself why he doesn’t know bomani already
I can't get enough of Native Borne videos. Black America needs to see how beautiful Africa living really is.
To buy a house in Ghana, could start around $40.000 plus depending on the area and your taste.I have seen Mansions with landscapes for under$80.000. One of the pleasures of living in Ghana,is when you can build your house to your specs!!! Don't be a tenant for someone, have your own!
Malik Youell The average Ghanaian is not going to see that kind of money in their lifetime!
King kINGS ,I am not talking about the average Ghanaians I am talking about the the Black person from the diaspora who wants to construct a house in Ghana. I feel it is more fruitful building your house than renting!!!
Malik Youell yep I always say that build ur own house stop giving money to the land law bye renting
That's west Africa in general.
Link please
Damn! I'm not from Ghana, but from Jamaica and I would totally move there.
This vlog was very informative and interesting. The rent is very reasonable compared to living in the United States. Thank you!
Looking at the apartments is so much fun. The housing in Accra looks great and so affordable.
I was cracking up when u switched up ur 'accent'! Lol
I think next time, u should take a native ghanaian to do the negotiating.
Lmaooooooo
Yes definitely negotiate!
700 cedis not dollars
700 cedis which is $147 American.
How much does that usually cost?
3000 for land in the cheaper parts I think
@@thebridge5483 lol 3000 in the city,go to a village and 300 is even too much.
Thank you.
Carry on brother, don't let anyone put you off
Dude, Ghana is a developing country, like 80 percent of countries on earth. Dusty roads are not a sign of 'corruption' but of the fact that they are a developing country which has only been independent for half a century, and is therefore still building up its infrastructure. So don't expect it to look like the USA or Japan or something.
Good job, done! You getting to know and understand the system more.
Promise Hubbert you have to plan and make projections.

Like the work you ro doing I am living in the USA want to move there one day soon,
Now that Jamaicans no longer need a visa to go to the mother land I'll see you and your family soon.one love from jamaica
Thank you for informing us! This is much needed for those of us that want out of this land! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the tour, don't mind the sarcasm keep living.
I enjoyed the detailed house tour. Thank you.
Very informative and encouraging for those wanting to relocate. Thank you.
SO HUMBLE AND SWEET GIRLS
Keep doing your thing brother, you doing really good. I like how you take your girls along and expose them to the real everyday hustles of ghana life. This is great info tho, looking to resettle in Accra soon. You could be hosting your own real estate show soon if you keep doing this 👌🏾
Frank Akwetey Ive been thinking about relocating too and this is super helpful!
Yeah not bad idea would help people looking to relocate
lol I noticed every time he's speaking to the Africans, he change to having an accent...but when they're not around he's back speaking american accent...lol
malay bender I swear 😂😂😂😂 cause he don’t want them to get ripped off
Noticed that too..lol
Cool
good work bro,you sell ghana better than the ghanians themselfs, great video ones again much appreciated
Your little queens are amazing. So ready for change! Me and boyfriend watch you guys and are so inspired
Impressive! The rent is very reasonable and it is charged on a monthly basis. Water is inclusive! Thank you for sharing Native Borne! Blessings.
The last place was nice. Peace and Blessings from America
I love your African accent! It makes my heart smile.
This was THE most informative video that I have seen thus far re: housing in Ghana! 👍 Thanking you and the girls for your time. 😁 Peace and Light! 💫🌟
Heaven Taylor wow k it's nice place in Ghana
Open business
Good luck
With Ghana being the gold capitol of the World the street SHOULD NOT look like that.
TheElizabeth125 right the government trying to work on it because more brother are moving back from America.
✊🏾 🇬🇭
TheElizabeth125 The government taking taxes and not constructing roads.
konkonbishl I agree that there are many domestic needs in Ghana (Including modernisation of infrastructure) rather than debating this topic, the question is what are we going to do about it?
Yaa Asantewaa Hamilton hi!! I am also in Brooklyn! 😊
moses Sawbo That's good to know....I was thinking of doing that as well!!
EBONY WRIGHT me sister I going next year myself hopefully start a business.
the amenities there compared to U.S. rentals are definitely something to talk about as a plus.
Gorgeous family, Love how you all interact. 🌬🕊 Thanks for showing the apartment's & prices 🏝.
I don't know why Ghanaians are charging so much for such low quality.. It baffles me. I have 58 acres of land and planning to build something great on it in Koforidua.
That 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath was VERY nice!
I like the last one, I could afford that.
bruh this is one of the most beautiful and inspirational videos I've seen this year. I'm thinking of making that move back home myself. bruh this video touched my heart. May God continue to carry you and your family. thx for sharing
Speak to everyone the way you speak! Don't change your accent! I been going to Ghana since '72 and never had anyone not understanding me!
Malik Youell That was your experience which may not be his, such a small thing to make a big deal of.
Malik Youell its just something to do when you are doing money trasactions.
Oh ok,I guess I made an error on the transfer rate. However, the rate is decent and the dollar goes far and fast!!!
VERY informative videos! I'm going to make it my BUSINESS to visit & perhaps live. Ready to leave NYC & begin a new chapter. Subscribed.👍
Thanks for this living info brother planning to leave the states in a couple of years blessings on you and your families journey 👽🌎🙏🏿
5:16- that moment they freak out over sage.
The smell is lovely with these type.
Great information u are reping my place of birth well salute 2 all my blackstars from the continent 2 abroad
My Mom lives in Mandivelle houses in Accra. I miss her. I want to move to Ghana sooo bad. Thanks for the tour! I can't wait to retire!!!!
Thanks for posting this. I want move to Ghana now with my family.
The last place was nicer than the townhouse I rent for $900/mth here in the states! A whole house!!! Wow. Can’t wait to visit
King Solomon Hey brother, be safe when in UG. In some city areas of kla now rent for a 2bed is almost $500. His videos have opened my eyes.
Uganda my Country. Welcome. In the 2000's Power would go off for 24 hours. But such things are rare now. But those 30mins power off are still there. Sometimes goes off the whole day if they are fixing something.
This is the kind of content that we need. Thank you so much for the great information that you provide for the people in the diaspora.
This is a really good video, that last apt looked nice, the other ones looked cramp and had no greenery
Wow, I like the last apt with the three bedrooms and bath room in every room,,, Thank you John you have beautiful kids
onedayatatimeu well the 700$ is even an inflated price. they went higher because hes american
You guys are the reason why I really wanted to move to Ghana! May God bless your family ❤️
You probably should be going there with a local cause once they hear that accent, they want that dollar man. Good people though.
You are a very smart man, you are not negative. You do everything with taste even if you do not like it. Congratulations!
Another video with great value. Thanks !
Love the kids. They give quick honest feedback.
Love the videos. Keep doing your thing.
The people of Ghana are SO kind and beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again!
Wonderful video a lot of really good information was shown here.
Sounds like plan :) Thanks for watching.
@@essencerodriguez1692 it's well my dear.
@Essence Rodriguez just start with a visit with your son.
Peter Osei yes that’s a good idea, I plan on doing that...
His accent is changing slowly it's wonderful! He has adapted well
Love, love, love, your channel!
Your family are precious beloved Kingman
One of the things I don't like about Ghana (probably more so in the Greater Accra region) is that houses have little to no grass, and tall walls around them with barbed wire on top. You start to wonder is this a house or a prison.
That is true, in Accra, they have cut down the natural trees everywhere! The trees are a sence of beauty and protection from the sun rays and they are cut down. You have to develop your own landscape while living in Ghana.
Yeh, I really dislike this deforestation. There is a better way to develop land without removing certain natural resources.
kweli05 but they always hide the gated windows w beautiful curtains.
Also, I can't stand all the mismatched tiles in every room. It would drive me nuts. Lol
Marion Jones That's what I love about African countries. I look with a reprogrammed American mind.
kweli05 the tall walls and wires are for your protection because there is so much robbery in Ghana.
Im a new subscriber but Im looming for the video entitled, the cost to own an apartment complex in Ghana, or even a duplex of some sort
Nice video brother I moving to Africa next year I don't know what part yet but i can't wait to start a business over there, and hopefully have a better life in Africa.
KING Daniels if uve never traveled or lived there extensively dont move
KING Daniels you will make sure you plan out look up search for uhuru his got connections on UA-cam
KING Daniels commercial farming is good get some skills
My goodness, that beautiful flower that showed you the second apartment is stunning!!
Yasss, I live for that accent 😂
Good Luck Family! It's not easy but it is doable (esp as u have each other to lean on).
I've been here 10 years now and I have to be honest and say it took me 6 years to feel at home! My kids adapted much quicker though. The earlier u bring them the better!
apt 2, you get all of that plus cable for 520. awwww he'll I'm packing
Wow that's Amazing
Thank you, this is a comprehensive video.
Your daughters are adorable.
I wish the rent in texas was cheap like Ghana
samantha simon 1300$ for 1br in mass crazy lol
samantha simon damn fam I thought it was bad on the cape lol it's insane cost of living keep going up while the earning stays the same.
I like the purple tile in the bathroom. Reminds me of His Royal Badness, Prince.
Beautiful black family
Ali Deen what you mean?
Wow we need rents like this in the states! The last apartment is very nice. Great video and beautiful family!
Great Video Bro. Will they let you rent it and do your own air bnb
If Ghana anything liking Jamaica...The stronger the US ACKcent the more US they quote you ...like at last 3 BR.
Have you guys met Baba ProfessorJames Small while there.? .
Nsi facts
thank you so much, I was in Ghana 🇬🇭 this past summer beautiful country!!Accra
Hope you had fun. What part of Accra?
