Third note: "Bon" in this "spiritual plane" said specifically: Would you like me to fix you? This is what Bon said in tape two (i think) "You are broken, will fix you" "You will beatiful"
Fourth note: The presence inside of Bon could be a presence of redemption, of vengance. It seems to seek revenge by any means, sacrificing others to take revenge on Felix. It could be Jack? Maybe, maybe he's this spirit of vengance who will take revenge of Felix by any means possible, even killing and slowly building this uncanny menace of souls trapped in animatronics that they made together
@@thecore8605I really like this idea. It makes so much sense. Why else would Jacks death/ missing poster be so plastered all over the earlier episodes.
The idea that Bon is something else, unknown to us with its own goals and unknown motivations, is way more terrifying that if it was simply Jack in my opinion
I just don’t understand why Jacks missing poster would be so plastered all over the earlier episodes. Like I believe that Jacks soul has some part in this story but I can’t quite figure out how yet.
Honestly, I think Jack is doing the killings. A few points: 1.) The upside-down face must be a real person, because we saw how the facial recognition software reacted to actual ghosts vs people who are physically there. People who are there physically have a stretched portrait of their face to mark their current location, and ghosts just have the blue boxes because the software can't fully render their presence. This also leads to an important reveal: 2.) The person who enters Bon must be someone the system recognizes. To be able to render their face on the map, it needs to have already analyzed it at one point or another. So it has to be someone who's had direct contact with the animatronics before this. And we know that Ed, Molly, and Sophie were all used to test the facial recognition software at some point (Jack's kids). Sophie's test in particular leads to another mind-blowing point: 3.) The facial software tripped up when it tried to analyze Sophie's face, which Susan and Charles mention at one point. So, what if the same glitch happened when Jack was walking in? No one would know that Jack also glitched the system because it's implied that he's not directly involved in the development of the animatronics (Susan and Charles gossip that Jack is unaware of Felix's drinking habits while on the job). And, if they're not actively testing the software, Susan and Charles wouldn't know that Jack's face doesn't scan well. He would just need to be in front of the animatronics once for them to scan him and register his face in the system wrong. 4.) This also tracks because Bon attacked and crippled a man at the K9 facility because he thought he was Sophie. Sophie's facial recognition glitch was never fixed, hence why he made the mistake. Speaking of which: 5.) Bon can't be Felix, as there's an entire era of BSI where Jack is cropped out of the photo of the founders and the artwork of the in-universe cartoons is terrible. The artwork looks terrible in the in-universe cartoons because Rosemary's not drawing it anymore. She's already dead, and Felix is not even close to being as skilled and creative an artist as her. Even more so that he doesn't separate the animatronic from the character in most of his art, while Rosemary portrays them as fully flesh and blood creatures. One of the few times we see a character not drawn as an animatronic in the first episode is when Sha is doing a tour of the K9 facility. Felix used one of Rosemary's drawings of Sha and put it through a terrible editing software to make it "talk" without animation. This is a future reference to Rosemary having drawn Sha, and also becoming Sha. 6.) I hope Iceberg Boy reads this.😂
@@thecore8605 Thanks! I also just realized, Jack's face looks so unsettling in the first episode, like whatever took the photo had issues rendering his face properly.
i dont understand why he'd not go to edd and molly and make it clear that he's their father. Or why he'd kill his beloved wife by tearing her limb from limb, so bad that she was screaming for hours loud enough to warrant the restaurant closing due to police involvement. Or why he wouldn't kill felix straight away, or want to kill his only surviving child. I think we have no clue who bon is, but i do think your point about the facial recognition is good to think about though. There is one more character we've only heard about in passing though, maybe it's him
@@radioactivecupcake2447 Those are all great questions. Thing is, we don't know enough about Jack to understand his motivations at this point. Jack has consistently been a character whose life we've only experienced from the perspective of other people. We don't even know how and why he vanished, he just went missing one day. That's why I believe he must be a key figure in how things go down. The Walton files is setting up some big reveal about Jack by keeping his story details to a minimum.
I think we’re all forgetting the earlier episodes where Jack Walton has been cut out of the picture of the company and Felix has taken control, implying Jack is out of the picture someway
My guess is that Felix killed Jack, maybe they had a fight after Felix told the Waltens about their kids missing, then Jack's soul got trapped in the Bon animatronic, and later "bon" took over and Jack is now just stuck there, watching as "bon" kills his coworkers and family (this also can explain why Bon cries black tears whenever he kills somebody)
@@freeguy3894 Interesting, the black tears is a good catch that’s a nice detail, I still personally think it would be COOLER if Bon was independent and malicious, but IF it was a person it’d probably still be Jack
@@freeguy3894 I think it's possible that Jack is so overcome with anger for Felix killing him and his kids that he kills multiple people as Bon and lets their souls possess the animatronics in order to get back at him in some way; either ruining the company's image or just to terrorise him. I don't believe he would straight up kill Felix, he wants to make his life hell. The black tears can be explained as Jack having second thoughts, but ultimately continuing to carry out his vengeance. Maybe Jack's name and face are redacted later on because Felix caught on to him? Just came up with this theory, but I would love if it was true, I think it would add a lot of depth to Jack's character; in order to destroy someone who's done something terrible, he does something much worse. We see that Jack has a vengeful side when he comes to Felix's door, this is the perfect way to expand on that in my opinion.
the art style reminds me of those old "scary stories to tell in the dark" books. those were illustrated by Stephen Gammell and those images still haunt me
I’d assume Bon is Jack because the white entity says “I am Bon”, stating whoever it is has shed their past identity to become Bon. That’s why Jack’s name is always removed; he is now entirely Bon. The scariest part is, if his name is redacted everywhere, it means he has an influence over the files themselves
I can see that, but 'bon' doesn't really sound like jack and I keep question why jack would want to kill Susan, Charles, Rosemary and try to hunt down his own daughter
@@Evx0910 the new “forest” as it was called may have an answer. There’s some plane of existence where Jack can be with his kids again. The person in the Bon suit raised a finger to its lips towards the doll, they know the kids are there. I think where the mystery goes from here is what created that plain of existence. Is it supernatural, religious, or is there something more sinister about the very conception (and the creator) of these animatronics.
I think Jack's namemay be removed later when felix was the only owner of BSI. In Walten Files 2, it was shown that there was almost no mention of Jack, and it's looks like Felix is the only founder of the restaurant. Also, to the theory, we can add words of "bon" that he was afraid too. That means he was in the same state Susan is now, and he chose to become "bon." And after that, he willingly makes others go this way of gruesome, painful death to become like him. This may mean that whoever "bon" was before he may change a lot after his death. And until we know the fate of Jack or srraight proof that "bon" is not Jack, that he can be jack. After all, in the previous episode, it was shown that Bon and Jack's dissappearense is connected. (Sorry for bad english. I hope Grammarly helped me to make my comment readeble)

heres my notes from twf4!! the school party: may 2nd, 1974 (5-9pm) + jack visiting felix's house: may 2nd / 12:24am may 3rd, 1974. obviously felix is not home. + morning of the crash: may 3rd, 1974 (8:56 am). felix appeared to dig his own grave next to edd and molly's as if he expected that he was going to die. he also threw molly's backpack into the lake, but he kept the rocket rabbit doll (after almost jumping off the cliff himself as an act of suicide). edd and molly's funeral: (talked about) "some weeks" prior to may 5th, 1974. susan and charles have not seen jack around much and have not spoken to him any. the rocket rabbit doll is freaking the hell out of susan. susan's murder: june 30th, 1974. 2-3 months after edd and molly's death. rocket was in the room meaning edd and molly probably witnessed her death. now, in "wonderland," bon prefered himself as just "bon" to susan, so he likely isn't jack; however he was alive at some point (given that he sympathizes with susan's situation) and claims he can fix her. bon used the recognition system in the animatronic to attack susan (his first victim, on june 30th, 1974), but also to identify brian after previously mistaking him for sophie, since they had trouble with the scan of sophie's face. however this probably means he had at least some version sophie in the system and would recognize her. looking back into relocate project at rosemary's death scene, you can conclude that bon would have killed sophie and rosemary at the same time; thus i believe sophie is not the shadow figure seen in relocate project. I also believe Bon is NOT Jack.
I believe that after Felix had buried Edd and Molly he dug his own grave, stepped inside, then fell asleep. He expected to die from his injuries but lived then woke up with the first thing he saw being Rocket covered in blood. He then tries to once again die by attempting suicide but now that he’s conscious he couldn’t go through with it. I also think Bon is Jack and if you’d like I’d love a friendly conversation swapping our ideas back and forth
Struggling to start this VOD bc everytime I start it Wendigoon hits me with the rizziest expression and the awkward silence after that for like a whole minute makes me feel like I have to close the tab
Theory: The entity that posses Bon is the second driver that was killed in the car accident. In BunnyFarm Felix collides into another car and kills Edd and Molly. Both of their souls went into the plush and somehow the deceased driver got into plush as well, where he went on to possess Bon.
EXCELLENT call but I lowkey prefer the idea of a demonic presence not causing the crash (Felix gets that credit obvs) but revelling in the misery from the beginning and starting from the crash, stirring up more trouble and just making everything worse. Also Ed and Molly were obviously meant to stay on one side of the fence and I think they did Not do that
@@lackofreason722He honked at an oncoming vehicle and had to swerve out the way, it's plausible that the driver swerved as well and crashed, killing the driver. There's more than 1 way to look at this scenario.

A little fact I'd like to point out between Episode 3 and 4, sophie says during the loading screen for bunnyfarm, "I actually really like the artstyle of the game, it seems really... familiar.", and in episode 4 we learn that every art made for the company was designed by rosemary, AKA Sophie's mother. I REALLY love that detail.
when boozoo is detecting the rabbits face, it says no face detected but you can see 3 “faces”. then, straight faster, you see a face enter bon. my theory is that something else attached itself to rocket after the crash, and then after making its way back to the burger place, “bon” decided to enter bon
@@street_pisser Yeah, specifically from the Analog/radio series? I'm pretty sure that's where the version im thinking of is from. 19:01 - Just a note on Charles' letter, there, since Wendigoon didn't bring it up. The bottom left corner. "P. 27:12". Looks like that's Proverbs 27:12. "The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty." Correction: It did get addressed later, although Wendigoon checked it as Psalms instead of Proverbs. I'll be honest, I don't know which is the aprorpriate one.
I think it may be Proverbs 27:12 since Charles and Susan said they planned on telling Jack later on about Felix’s drinking, but since they hesitated they paid the price with Edd and Molly dying.
I want to share the theory I have with Bon. I believe the spirit calling himself Bon is Jack Walten like most of us have suspected. I believe after his kids died he went down a depression rabbit hole and lost his self, losing who he was and got more obsessed with Bon and the animatronic chain. I believe this lead him to self delete, I say this because at one point while he’s talking to Susan you can see on the side of his head a gun shot like wound. Now unconsciously or consciously he’s trying to get his family and friends back.
16:24 shows a picture of Sophie (?) at looking at Jack's missing poster. Not sure if that ever seen in any of the tapes we had currently but that's the first time i saw it.
Wait this takes place in Connecticut? Makes sense. Tiny mom and pop businesses that peaked in the 70s and probably have a dark history of alcoholism and tragedy is basically our culture.

Oh wow I had mentioned in the chat that the soundtrack reminded me of Twin Peaks and some of the music is credited to the Dale Cooper Quartet! Great band!
Idk man, Felix hiding the kids isn't likely "cowardice", imagine you wake up with a hangover and two dead kids, you'd panic and likely disassociate for a long time before snapping back to reason.
If someone is drunk enough to be completely blacked out and dissociated there's no way they'd have the awareness to think "I'm gonna get in trouble if I don't hide these bodies" nor have the physical capability to dig two shallow graves in what could possibly be frozen or root-filled ground in the dark. The guy had to be at least a bit lucid. And besides, it's not a far cry to imagine the guy who thinks it's a good idea to get drunk at a children's function to be a bit of a coward.
I think the most likely option is that Jack is possesing Bon. It couldnt be Felix since he was the one who buit the storage facility and is therefore still alive at the time. Jack went missing around 2 weeks before Susan was killed, so he probably died in some way and started following around his kids. Thats where the bible verse would come into play: A prudent man seeth the evil, and hideth himself; But the simple pass on, and suffer for it. Susan and Charles knew, or at least suspected, what happened to Edd and Molly and chose to look away. Thats why they were punished by Bon/Jack. Sophie also technically knows about it even though her memories are supressed. Thats why Bon killed Brian Stells, who aparantly looks similar to her. I dont fully remember the whole story, thats why I cant tie Rosemary into my theory.
Rosemary fits in pretty well too in your theory because she also went poking around looking for Jack, and then is lured, killed, then stuffed into one of the suits. I like this theory
I myself like the theory that bon is a driver if the second vehicle involved in a crash. A random party, ripped from their life and enslaved within limbo, killing whoever they can find to have company in his torment. Felix dug 3 graves. We do not know what happened with this grave afterwards. I think we have a lack of crucial information regarding the crash
My favorite scare from this is probably one you won't see at first but at 35:30 you can see someone duck down under the table on the left of the screen and I think pop back up later on.
Just pre-ordered a shirt and a beanie! I'm so excited for them to get here! And I'm really happy I could help support one of my absolute favorite youtubers and people!
To those who are still saying that Jack Walten is "Bon" The Walten Files 4 gives us definitive proof they are two seperate people. You can see "Bon" ( 35:44 - 35:46 ) for a second peak out from the table from the lower right between the heads of Sha and Bon. With the timeline of this video being before Felix drove Edd and Molly it is impossible for "Bon" to be Jack Walten as Jack would still be present and not missing.
I was recommended Wendigoon by UA-cam after bingewatching ALL of Nexpo's videos, and the fact that they not only know eachother but also _commit corporate espionage_ against eachother is absolutely and downright _hilarious_ to me. I never expect any youtubers i watch i know eachother, i imagine them all in their own little bubbles, so them interacting is a treat
My personal Theory is that the entity in bon is some form of demon or old spirit that was attracted to this place by the suffering and bonded itself to the story of whats happening, it is an encompassing entity creating a limbo , keeping the story going, feeding off of the pain
The reason why the text at the beginning is upside down and mirrored is because Jack’s wife is upside down in the suit. She is the one speaking. That’s why the facial recognition software is upside down in the last video.
I think after his children were killed, Jack went completely and utterly insane and became attached to the happy, singing and fun nature of his characters. At some point he kills himself to become bon, and make everything "perfect".
Ha when Wendi asks chat if there “was a bible verse or are you guys messing with me” huge dad vibes of - answer me honestly or I’m not gonna restart this video. Hahaha
Awesome ! It’s been a while since I’ve watched the Walton Files, so I’m trying to remember everything that happened for context. Tempted to stop and go rewatch the Nexpo episode then come back. Glad to see the main channel back up and running again. Love the podcasts !
i imagine that felix made a deal with the devil or some sort of evil spirit. felix is still alive as the first episodes goes over the company going through a recovery operation which is led by him and he's the type of guy that doesn't want to give up on his dream. so what i think is going to happen is that felix killed jack, stuffed him inside bon and used him as a vessel for the devil like spirit with the deal being the spirit will help felix in recovering his business by killing any and all of the witnesses in exchange for his soul. i also think that the spirit sees the physical world through the consoles face recognition system as bon has trouble recognizing Sofie's face and killed one of the employees by mistake (i forgot the name). this would explain why a jack stuffed bon isn't possessed by jack and instead is an evil spirit announcing himself as bon. there's clearly a connection with jack and bon as jack has been associated with bon in the previous episodes. jack has also been associated with a big smile just like the spirit of bon in almost all of his pictures, the others of him being angry.
if you want to make these videos, don't let someone else making a video stop you. we're not all subscribed to the same people, sometimes certain youtubers have specific styles we enjoy watching.
Something about this series just grabs you - every time I see Sha/Rosemary it kills me. Still hear that broken scream she shrieks and having that feeling after three years is horrifying yet really speaks a lot to the genius of the series creator knowing how to instill that in the audience. Damn it gets me
Hi Isaiah, I have a theory in mind that you might enjoy or find interesting. Basically, I have the idea of bon being almost artificial intelligence. When Susan and (forgot his name) were talking about the robotics, they had mentioned Jack working on the robots, specifically their core and capabilities. In the video we see them be very capable: walking, recognizing faces etc. I think that after the death of Jacks children, he projects his state of insanity into his work maybe. He focuses on the intelligence of specifically Bon. Because of Jacks rage, it projects onto Bon by making him desire to make everything "perfect". Just more or less a theory that I could definitely elaborate on. Anyways love your content as always, toodles :3
What’s creepy to me that whatever spirit is possessing Bon is cloaked in a white suit that matches the sky of the plane the souls inhabit, his arms just seem to appear when it reaches out to Susan. Also it seems to me that the entity has some control over the plane since both Edd and Molly saw the 2 of them but could not reach out to them, almost as if it didn’t want them to interfere but instead to witness it

I just don’t understand why Jacks missing poster would be so plastered all over the earlier episodes. Like I believe that Jacks soul has some part in this story but I can’t quite figure out how yet.
Honestly, I think Jack is doing the killings. A few points:
1.) The upside-down face must be a real person, because we saw how the facial recognition software reacted to actual ghosts vs people who are physically there. People who are there physically have a stretched portrait of their face to mark their current location, and ghosts just have the blue boxes because the software can't fully render their presence. This also leads to an important reveal:
2.) The person who enters Bon must be someone the system recognizes. To be able to render their face on the map, it needs to have already analyzed it at one point or another. So it has to be someone who's had direct contact with the animatronics before this. And we know that Ed, Molly, and Sophie were all used to test the facial recognition software at some point (Jack's kids). Sophie's test in particular leads to another mind-blowing point:
3.) The facial software tripped up when it tried to analyze Sophie's face, which Susan and Charles mention at one point.
Speaking of which:
5.) Bon can't be Felix, as there's an entire era of BSI where Jack is cropped out of the photo of the founders and the artwork of the in-universe cartoons is terrible.
6.) I hope Iceberg Boy reads this.😂
Liking this so iceberg-boy sees it bc this is nut, great recall on previous tapes
I agree, I also believe he couldn't find the spirits of Ed and Molly and is actively looking for them.

"Felix deserves it” *scenery gets scarier*
“that doesn’t mean I deserve it”
the art style reminds me of those old "scary stories to tell in the dark" books. those were illustrated by Stephen Gammell and those images still haunt me
T h i s
The original ones were so good, and then they went and redid them and made them more kid-friendly and they suck now. So sad
Martin cooked so much that he burnt down the kitchen.
I’d assume Bon is Jack because the white entity says “I am Bon”, stating whoever it is has shed their past identity to become Bon. That’s why Jack’s name is always removed; he is now entirely Bon. The scariest part is, if his name is redacted everywhere, it means he has an influence over the files themselves
best theory yet i think
After all, in the previous episode, it was shown that Bon and Jack's dissappearense is connected.

heres my notes from twf4!!
the school party: may 2nd, 1974 (5-9pm)
+ jack visiting felix's house: may 2nd / 12:24am may 3rd, 1974. obviously felix is not home.
+ morning of the crash: may 3rd, 1974 (8:56 am). felix appeared to dig his own grave next to edd and molly's as if he expected that he was going to die. he also threw molly's backpack into the lake, but he kept the rocket rabbit doll (after almost jumping off the cliff himself as an act of suicide).
edd and molly's funeral: (talked about) "some weeks" prior to may 5th, 1974. susan and charles have not seen jack around much and have not spoken to him any. the rocket rabbit doll is freaking the hell out of susan.
susan's murder: june 30th, 1974. 2-3 months after edd and molly's death. rocket was in the room meaning edd and molly probably witnessed her death. now, in "wonderland," bon prefered himself as just "bon" to susan, so he likely isn't jack; however he was alive at some point (given that he sympathizes with susan's situation) and claims he can fix
her.
bon used the recognition system in the animatronic to attack susan (his first victim, on june 30th, 1974), but also to identify brian after previously mistaking him for sophie, since they had trouble with the scan of sophie's face. however this probably means he had at least some version sophie in the system and would recognize her. looking back into relocate project at rosemary's death scene, you can conclude that bon would have killed sophie and rosemary at the same time; thus i believe sophie is not the shadow figure seen in relocate project. I also believe Bon is NOT Jack.
At least someone did their homework
Maybe the shadowman is Jack and Bon is just a demon?
@@tobysinbadits difficult because why would jack watch bon kill his wife?
@@drawnbyrose From what it looks like it may be more of the shadow guy saw bon hide the remains of rosemary.

Also Ed and Molly were obviously meant to stay on one side of the fence and I think they did Not do that
I thought Felix drove off a cliff?
Felix didn't crash into another car bro. Check again.
@@lackofreason722He honked at an oncoming vehicle and had to swerve out the way, it's plausible that the driver swerved as well and crashed, killing the driver. There's more than 1 way to look at this scenario.

I have to say the art of the Walten Files is one of my biggest draws to it. And I really like the style
IT's very unique
I like the way bon talks. It reminds me of how AM talks, not in motives but more in mannerisms
Are you referring to the AI from I have no mouth but I must scream?
@@street_pisser Yeah, specifically from the Analog/radio series? I'm pretty sure that's where the version im thinking of is from. I was in the hospital from 5/31/22-7/22/22 for a systemic infection & Nexpo's coverage of The Walten Files was what got me to sleep most nights. Especially in the beginning when I was having haltionations. It still works like a lullaby to this day.
And if I end up in there again, I'm pretty sure this will be on rotation.
19:01 - Just a note on Charles' letter, there, since Wendigoon didn't bring it up. The bottom left corner. "P. 27:12". Looks like that's Proverbs 27:12. "The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty."
Correction: It did get addressed later, although Wendigoon checked it as Psalms instead of Proverbs.
Now unconsciously or consciously he’s trying to get his family and friends back.
hehe "rabbit" hole. fire ass theory tho
16:24 shows a picture of Sophie (?) at looking at Jack's missing poster. Not sure if that ever seen in any of the tapes we had currently but that's the first time i saw it.

@@VivaSativaMusic A hangover isn't the same thing as being drunk.

I never expect any youtubers i watch i know eachother, i imagine them all in their own little bubbles, so them interacting is a treat
My personal Theory is that the entity in bon is some form of demon or old spirit that was attracted to this place by the suffering and bonded itself to the story of whats happening, it is an encompassing entity creating a limbo , keeping the story going, feeding off of the pain

i imagine that felix made a deal with the devil or some sort of evil spirit. felix is still alive as the first episodes goes over the company going through a recovery operation which is led by him and he's the type of guy that doesn't want to give up on his dream.
so what i think is going to happen is that felix killed jack, stuffed him inside bon and used him as a vessel for the devil like spirit with the deal being the spirit will help felix in recovering his business by killing any and all of the witnesses in exchange for his soul. i also think that the spirit sees the physical world through the consoles face recognition system as bon has trouble recognizing Sofie's face and killed one of the employees by mistake (i forgot the name).
this would explain why a jack stuffed bon isn't possessed by jack and instead is an evil spirit announcing himself as bon. there's clearly a connection with jack and bon as jack has been associated with bon in the previous episodes. jack has also been associated with a big smile just like the spirit of bon in almost all of his pictures, the others of him being angry.
