    FAIR USE**
Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research.
Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
    FAIR USE DEFINITION:
    (Source: en.wikipedia.or...)
Fair use is a doctrine in the United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders, such as for commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching or scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test. The term “fair use” originated in the United States. A similar principle, fair dealing, exists in some other common law jurisdictions. Civil law jurisdictions have other limitations and exceptions to copyright.
U.S. COPYRIGHT OFFICE- FAIR USE DEFINITION
    (Source: www.copyright.g...)
One of the rights accorded to the owner of copyright is the right to reproduce or to authorize others to reproduce the work in copies or phonorecords. This right is subject to certain limitations found in sections 107 through 118 of the copyright law (title 17, U.S. Code). One of the more important limitations is the doctrine of “fair use”. The doctrine of fair use has developed through a substantial number of court decisions over the years and has been codified in section 107 of the copyright law.
Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

How many people go around town displaying a sign claiming to be a PSYCHOPATH and worshiper of Satan or Lucifer?
That is exactly what a cop's Badge or Patch with Antichrist symbols is! "I'm a Psychopath."
You are on notice you are dealing with a Psychopath. The practice of "Good cop / Bad cop" is a psychopathic, think Jekyll & Hyde "good by day, bad by night".

Thank goodness all 3 rules can be beaten in court with video evidence to the contrary. It just takes good auditors who have control of themselves and can be effective. The one with the camera actually controls the situation - not the police. And this is exactly what our Founders put in place in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. THE PEOPLE oversee the government - not the other way around. We need to rid ourselves of corrupt judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement. Holding them to account via a video camera is one way to do that.

What’s sad is that cops, while in uniform, think that lawful orders are what they say while on duty. “Just because I say so” aren’t lawful orders. Their interpretation is definitely wrong. Maybe they need to carry a dictionary with them. Just saying.

Perfect example of an egotistical tyrant whose inability to comprehend the statutes and laws he is bound by duty to enforce, it's appalling. His self-perceived authority and his feelings got the better of him in the face of members of the public who obviously knew more about his own job than he did. He escalated a simple interaction into an unlawful act of force and prior restraint by battering him and forcibly taking his property. Brown needs to be relieved of his duties and Patrick making excuses for his officer and denying his actions is pathetic. Lay that complaint it's the only way to keep these tyrants in check when they break the laws they are supposed to protect.

He was ABSOLUTELY right about what that public servant just couldn't put his EGO aside and APOLOGIZE. He rather give a long explanation on how he was right instead of a simple I APOLOGIZE for breaking your stuff and push on. These people just CANNOT get past their ASSUMED AUTHORITY mindset.

  • @BouillaBased

He was way too patient with that sergeant. He gave him the opportunity to apologize, and he tried going into a speech to justify what he did, all while misstating the facts. That was more patience than I would've given him, so the second he tried going into another explanation, he should've just thrown his hands up and asked for the complaint form. Then, spoken with a lawyer about the rights violations.
