The fact the psyCOPath demonstrates knowledge of a first Amendment audit and still chooses to violate the person's rights is proof of intent to commit that crime under 18 USC 242. it's my understanding that if you are in an area that is part of a crime SCENE, when it's not just camera tape, in order to preserve the evidence in that area that potentially has been tampered with (it's not admissible as is), a detective needs to talk to you about what you saw, touched and did.

I am not an american, I dont live in the US but if you like it or not the US constitution is the best for human rights and is an example of how other countries are trying to get close to it and are hold responsible if they try something really shady,stupid.
