      im a high jumper but this might work for you too but what i do when i do a post hook is since im a smaller player i jump higher than my defender when they least expect it so i get the higher ground and i easily put it in

    I’ve tried all these tips but my shots always hit the rim or miss slightly. any tips to fix this?

      Try using a different arc on the shot if your hitting it because your arc is to high then lower it a bit if it's to low then raise it a bit. Hope this helps

    Honestly, this seems to be only applicable for nba, in FIBA hand underneath the ball is called “carrying” and is a turnover. I guess this is one of the reasons why nba is more athletic and show and FIBA is more team play, as there are so many things which would be a turnover in Europe, but are allowed in NBA, such as travelling
