250g. Pork tenderloin
1 tbsp. Tapioca flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tbsp. Light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 egg.
** at least 30 mins **
flat rice noodle
2 tsp. dark soy sauce
vegetable oil
200 g. Chinese kale
2 cloves. chopped garlic
3 tbsp. water
vegetable oil
500 ml. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. soy bean paste
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
3 tbsp. corn starch
150 ml. water
1/2 tbsp. palm sugar
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce

100 g. chinese kale
80g. Marinated Pork
2 cloves. garlic
2 tsp. dark soy sauce ( unsweetened)
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce (golden mountain brand)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. fish sauce
vegetable oil
1 Egg.
