I have to say I started watching a while ago. At 58 years old, I take care of my adult son who is 31 and has Asperger's Syndrome. I have been making some of the delicious dishes you have taught. We love them, Thank you.
Things I learned from Aaron & Claire:
- use what you have, that's the best
- don't worry 'bout it
- more green onion, more flavor
- green makes your dish more fancy
- I'm not responsible
- Mmmm... mm.. mmm... mmmmm
- BRING BEER! ;0)
-Jez use whatever you like, but it will taze different.
- I don't have it either.
- don't worry 'bout it, -> They gonna be good.
Just be the Claire in life.
I love the way he say "don't worry about it, still gonna be good".
My Friday morning routine: watch Aaron cook and Claire eat
Good morning Paul!😎
Same, fam. Same. ✊🏽
I’m literally seeing this on a Friday too wtf😭😭😭
Your cheerful smile always makes the dishes better.
Thank you for saying that my friend!!😍😍😍
I am Thai and I am glad to watch this cooking content about Thai dish like this. Your cooking looks almost similar to how we cook "Pad See Ew" in Thailand.
Actually, you can use various kinds of meat as you want such as sliced pork, chicken, shrimps or squids to cook this dish and also use mushroom or tofu for vegetarian. And you can use thin rice noodle or rice vermicelli to cook this dish as well. That tastes so yummy, too. (By the way, no need to put the spring onions in the end this dish is still great.)
I really love how you eat this dish with chilli vinegar. If you like it to be more hot and spicy adding some pinch of Thai chilli powder is a good choice. 👍 Enjoy your Thai food!
it looks just like the ones i had back when i was still living in thailand. makes me miss home TT^TT especially after having a call with my aunt and cousin asking when i will be back again TT^TT. but if i tell them what i wanna eat that means they ill get me it for one whole week or till i get sick of the stuff i wanna eat 555+
Aaron and Claire are the reason I started cooking Korean food. I am so glad I live near an H Mart. These videos always end up on my table. Thanks for the fun recipes!
I'm so glad to hear that you live near H-mart 😎 You're a lucky guy Thomas!!😍
same here, this channel really is a blessing for me bc of the sheer amount of new stuff to cook and explore! and it's all so simple and well explained for a totally untalented cook like me haha
@@AaronandClaire Thanks! And thanks for all of your wonderful videos!
@@rocksellerman Same! I feel like this channel has really broadened my knowledge of Korean cuisine. I never knew how diverse and easy the meals were. Glad I found it!
Hmart is the best, also helps to live near a seiwa Japanese grocery store
If it weren't for both of you, I wouldn't have learned that good tasting food could come from my efforts. Thank you both and keep the great tutorials coming. Thank you and hello from Canada!
I love your “still gonna be good” motto. It’s so easy to get caught up in doing everything perfectly when looking up recipes but I love when people encourage us to use what we have and what’s on sale and it’ll still be good😍
I love Claire’s enthusiasm! Aaron delivers his recipes so well…..and with a touch of humor!
I like that we can "don't worry about it...still gonna be good."
❤❤❤
Claire: She’s not dead.
Aaron: Don’t worry about it.
So fun to watch both the cooking and eating.
I love how he always tells us to not worry about it, so I don’t 🤗
Pad see ew is one of my favourite take-out meals! Thanks for such an easy recipe :)
Please try and let us know how it was!!😍
@@AaronandClaire I've made some of your recipes before (korean pancakes and some of the udon dishes) and they never disappoint 😊
Mine too it’s so good
C’mon 1 million subscribers!!!!🙏🏽❤️👍🏽
🙏😍🙏
CLAIRE!! So on a scale of 1-10, how did Aaron do on this Pad See Ew? Hodu is way too cute. Thanks Aaron for the recipe.
I'll leave it to your imagination 🤣🤣🤣
That would be a 15.
I just had to come back and say this is AMAZING! I tried it last night and I think it's my new favorite stir fry dish, and I do a lot of them. It did require a trip to the Asian market for several sauces that I didn't have, but very well worth the trouble. I think that Golden Mountain sauce just may be a new favorite Asian condiment, too, although it has a lot of competition from Lao Gan Ma Chilli Crisp. Many many thanks for the recipe!
Even if you have no ingredients, don't worry about it still gonna be good 😄just watch Aaron cook and Claire eat and you will be full. Love you guys💜
Fresh dinner is best delicious!
Aaron you are an amazing cook. I love the way you explain the steps, so easy to follow. Thanks for another fantastic recipe👩🏽🍳😋😋👏🏽👏🏽
This mom’s new motto…
“still gonna be good!”😋
I'm so excited to make this! Pad see ew is my favorite Thai dish ever. 😁❤
Same here!!!!🤣😍
Bro , I'm Thai chef in Brisbane and I want to tell you please don't boil the nooddle in very hot water . So please use a normal water and wait it for half an hour until the noodle is softer then its gonna be a best nooddle with Pad See Ew and Pad Thai as well.
I ALWAYS look forward to your recipes 🤤
Thanks!!😍😍😍👍
I can NEVER get the noodles cooked quite right, but I don’t worry ‘bout it, it still gonna be good! 🤣
I DID have to double up on the sauce, though, but it came out OK. My wife & son loved it! 👌🏽
Thank you, Aaron & Claire!
I love this channel! Been cooking your fried rice recipe for months now. Love your ramens videos. Now I’m going to be cook this!! I’ve been obsessed with Pad See Ew lately.
Claire‘s hand while tasting…. So graceful! 🥰
Chinese broccoli is also called "Kai Lan" or "Gai Lan" and can be found in bigger Chinese or mixed Asian groceries. The taste is indeed similar to broccoli, so you can substitute normal broccoli or broccolini. I think tastewise you could substitute all kinds of cabbages including bok choi and kale or other vegetables like green aspargus, snap peas and cauliflower.
I absolutely love Aarons attitude towards substitution! "Don't worry about it" is such a powerful phrase and enables fun experiments in cooking without damaging the original recipe - thank you, Aaron and Claire for your work ❤️🔥🍳
You make tossing the food in the pan look so easy! I think it’s the high walls. What pan is that?
Don't worry about it. It's not that difficult 😎 and it's locknlock!
One of my favorite Thai dishes! Your videos have helped get me into Korean cooking and even my friend from Seoul is impressed, so thanks Aaron and Claire!
Love your videos
Thanks!!😍
That looks and sounds amazing 😻! So jealous of Clair, she is so lucky to be able to eat all these wonderful dishes. 💕💜🤤
I am definitely gonna try this.
It seems so good!! 😋😋
Thanks for the recipe.. 😀😀
😍😍
I cannot wait to try this recipe!!
😍
Pad see ew is my favorite Thai dish. I am absolutely addicted to the flavor especially when a good amount of Smokey flavor is imparted.
I love Pad See Ew, I can't wait to try this recipe. I would love for you to make a Pad Thai recipe - and Drunken Noodles!!!
Looks delicious 😋and that was a beautiful dish. 💝🙏💝Thank You Aaron for cooking and Clair for the commentary! Love you guys so much!
Love your dishes they always look so good and easy to make. Thanks again for another video that's out of the ball park. Talk all you want I like it.
Thanks! 🤣🤣😍
50 seconds into video.. dinner plans are made lol😅 I like when you do foods from other regions too because I trust your guidance! We all do!
I love when Claire eat 😘
Great how everything is explained. If you don’t have an ingredient, he also gives you the alternative that u you can use 👍🏼
Thanks
I am glad this was recommended to me. All the food in this channel looks delicious! Now I am hungry
It's been a hard week, but you guys make everything a little better. ❤ Give Hodu a hug for me! 😊
I love that you make the effort to hunt for Chinese broccoli Rhabb & also you used traditional Thai noodles. Thank you. Great job!
I love this.
My life falls apart...
"DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. IT'S STILL GONNA BE GOOD!"
😊😂😂😂
Im. Not shy of Asian cooking... I love your show... wish we had a local Asian grocery ... I'm craving this now
A good substitute for the black soy is molasses with little extra regular soy sauce.
Thank you for actually showing what soy sauces you use! It's my biggest peeve with asian recipe videos. Without specifying what brand or origin, the dish will taste vastly different!! Some thai recipes you'd think they use thai soy, thai oyster..etc but they'll be using lee kum kee and we have no idea! So thank you!!!!
"Dont worry about it" is some of the best cooking advice ive heard lol this looks delicious
Hodu is so cute 😍
My first time watching, they are SO CUTE!!
I love all the videos, Claire makes me smile in a cooking video 🤣🤣
Thanks so much for making it so easy!!! Claire is lovely!!
Ooooooh Pad See Ew is my FAVOURITE 😍 Thanks for the video!!!
Aaron is amazing and I cannot handle how cute Claire is! I just love you two ❤️
I clicked this video so fast!!! Thank you!!! I always wonder how it's made. I love Thai soup. The coconut one. So good!❤️❤️
Hola soy de Chile y quería saber esos fideos se hacen y si alguien sabe me puede mandar un video de como se hacen por favor gracias se ve delicioso!!! Felicitaciones!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Try adding chopped Thai pickled radish strings with the garlic, really good! Also using jalapeños with the vinegar is a great alternative.
Yes! More Lao and Thai dishes Aaron!
Don't worry about it! These are definitely my favorite when I go out to eat.
Same here my friend!😍
Waving Hello 👋 to Claire & Hodu!!!!
Looked yum o. I go to the Asian market, and the best things besides the aisle of instant noodles, is the veggies. I want to try this.
제가 미국에서 먹던 태국음식 중 가장 좋아하던 면요리네요! 한국에서 넙적한 면은 찾기가 힘들어서 고생했던기억이 ㅎㅎㅎ
That looks Phenomenal. Well Done.
I'm a Thai and I love chinese broccoli. You can also make another Thai dish that stir fry chinese broccoli with crispy pork belly, my favorite.
perfectly authentic
Oh my God it looks so good I have to try this I love your channel you guys are awesome keep up the good work
I LOVE YOUR CHOPPING BOARD! WHERE IS IT FROMMMM!
Ok I love Pad See Ew... going to have to try this
Hey Aaron, I just found out about donguerang ddeng. Just make the crust thicker and you have Jamaican beef patties.
I'm drooling right now 🤣🤣
A good substitute for chinese brocolli is brocollini since it's a cross between normal and chinese brocolli, I would cut the stems in like 2cm pieces and leave the tops whole
Aaron this is such a delicious Thai noodle dish!
Thank you so much for this recipe👌😀
As a Thai who don’t know how to cook, this looks really good!!
This recipe is delicious and will please the fussiest of eaters, was the first Thai dish i served my hubby that he wanted again, and again. (He's got mild taste buds to my spicier ones) 💖
You don't talk too much ! It's nice to have a lot of tips !
I feel like Claire can be a great kid show's host with her enthusiasm and cuteness lol
Wait, how long has this Chinese broccoli been around?
And is it just like normal broccoli? I've never seen that before!
Im partial to Korean dishes, but pad see ew is one of my favorite Asian dishes overall ever!
Wow, looks so delicious! Love you guys!
Yum! More Thai dishes, please!
My parents are from HK! They have a similar dish. Yours looks quite legit!
Yes pad Thai recipe please!!!
I love this video!!!! Thank you so much 💜💜💜
Upvoted because of that adorable dog 🐕💕
I need to try to make it because it is my son’s favorite dish, which I spend $12 a week for him. Thank you! Can’t wait to try it! 💗
I use Yu Choy or Choy Sum (Cantonese name) instead of Chinese broccoli. It’s like baby Chinese broccoli, sweeter and more tender, but still a sturdy green.
Very cute puppy!
Thank you!! FYI, her name is HODU!😍
I love Thai food! Can't wait to make this!
:Still gonna be good!", lol!
Lmao I was seeing this trend on insta where they said your soulmate will message you if you play this sound and your video showed up😂😂, Ig we are soulmates😂😂😂
😎
We want to see more of Hodu. She’s so cute! 🥰🥰
Thank you!
I born in Thailand I know that is so good.
I love Thai food 🙏👍
"Korea think I am" lmao @ Aaron
Another winning recipe👍 we love Thai food. Thank you Aaron for the recipes you share, you make everything look so easy to prepare. Thankful I have been able to buy some things through Amazon, that aren’t found in a small town. So funny how Claire called your little dog and she just popped up! She is so adorable! Yawl have a fun weekend👍😁
This looks amazing to eat!
Thanks!😍
AARON!! CLAIRE!! THIS IS MY MOST FAVORITE NOODLE DISH EVER!! I just about dropped my phone when I saw this!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!! And Claire is so cute and pretty! You both make a great channel! 💜🥡🥟🍤🥣🍣💜
I am so making this tomorrow.
