@@elijahsbenzojourney1705 3 years ago. I think I have some permanent damage to my muscles and nervous system. I was not allowed to taper, my doctor cut me off and told me to use my next months prescription to ween. These doctors are criminals.
Hey! Can I ask what the difference between this and using 1:1 ratio liquid diazepam is? If you use liquid diazepam can you just direct cut without the water? I hope my question makes sense. Glad you’re doing well. 🙂
When and how did you crossover? And what did you cross from? Im on 2mg ativan and am milk tapering all going good but if i finally decide to cross to valium what method do you recommend?
Please do. I’m on 0.42 clonazepam and just had to switch to water taper. No choice. I’m pulling 48mL from 300 mL with 0.5 mg pill. I pull 30 + 10 + 8. What a pain! No clue as to how to move down from this. I dose once and I can’t do more than 2.5% per month until I feel stable. Not everyone can switch to Valium. So great it worked for you!
I was recently injured from a rapid taper. I did not follow through with that taper. 25mg to 15mg in 3 weeks. I updosed and have been stabilizing at 20mg for about 3 weeks. Whats your opinion on going from my current 20mg Valium straight to 18mg liquid taper using a compounding pharmacy vs microtapering?
I personally would not go to compound route. Liquid micro tapering is no different plus you don’t know what else you’re getting in a compound prescription. I would just focus on liquid micro tapering at these higher doses. If I were you, I would keep holding a little bit longer and then start your taper at 20 mg. I would not cut down to 18 mg starting off. Take it nice and gentle this time.
@elijahsbenzojourney1705 I was thinking the same, just for my brains sake. Could you make a video on how you log all your microtapers and how you keep track of everything?
Are you talking about milliliters? Take all the time you need and do not rush it. The thing I learned is to not set an end date and a taper at the speed that my body tells me to.
Why not use the simple way 5mg tablet dissolved in 2.5ml water 2.5ml maple syrup draw a Up 4ml on the syringe which equals 4mg tablet hold atbthay dose then go again
Guys I don't get it. If I put 10 mg in 300 ml and reduce like the video sais, how much am I tapering per day ?? And how could I get slower? And how long will it take?
@@salomerummel6920 It is actually quite easy. You CAN hold when you need to but this type of taper ensures you are getting a proper amount of medication, versus dry cutting. It's very easy.
Thank you 🙏 . Also do you know how many days ahead you can mix up your doses ? Like if too many days ahead does it looses its effectiveness? Thanks 😊
I got off a 14 year dependance to Ativan in Rehab. 23 days of pure hell, but I'm clean.
How long ago did you get off?

If you take liquid valium, you don’t need to do the water taper since you can already measure your doses.

I will create a crossover video soon. I will explain everything. It’s very easy.

Hi if I want to taper my afternoon dose I will take one milligram each day that 30 a month so it’s about 10 months do I’m corect?

2.5ml is nothing and waayyyy too low. Slow and gentle.
How do you move on to the next pill?
Once you’re done with the first pill, then you start with a new 300 mL of water for the next pill.
How would you water taper 3.25mg?
I would put that in 300 ml of water and slowly taper it.
What if it is 2 mg of Klonopin
40mg Valium
Guys I don't get it.
If I put 10 mg in 300 ml and reduce like the video sais, how much am I tapering per day ?? And how could I get slower? And how long will it take?
You can go slower by using 600 mL of water. You can also hold as well. Remember it’s not a race. Slow and steady.
I am so scared that I would taper too much because it would be a solution
@@salomerummel6920 if you’re using a syringe, the dosing will be accurate.

Thank you! Still afraid I wont get stabil doses.. its a mess. But there will be no other way. Thank you!
That seems like it will takes years to get through that one jar of liquid
Yes, exponential decay takes years, regardless of the starting dose. It's the only safe way.
Just few months is all
