sounds like a set up. 1. crowd on delancey in front of 'plays and players' small chintzy theater forced you to walk to the 'no outlet' panama st. 2. the dog does his deed at the very last house back at the dead end section and the man who lives in the house 'magically' needs to shuffle out of his back door. 3. you're nice to the guy, jokingly saying ''oh, murphy's law that this dog needs to number 2 right behind your car". 4. after picking up everything or all that you saw, you walk all the way back to 17th and then south past pine street. 5. all of a sudden the man from the house comes down the street calling and chasing you (that's already a sign of a perpetrator. he sounds like a little too much of a guy 'putting on a show,') 6. you want to run, maybe, but you're willing to be civilized. (already that guy was NOT CIVILIZED because of his odd behavior and waiting quite a while to make sure you were down by J'Aime cafe where there are more people watching and milling around..and potentially part of the show or 'movie' that this guy wanted to create at your expense.).8. you, as an awesome person, upstanding and respectful and an adult, were willing to go back to pick up a turd the size of a quarter that was probably not from the dog you were walking, but planted by a PERVERT. 9. the added part about, all of a sudden he came off as creepy, and as someone luring you to a 'dead end' house is a good description of a guy who sounds rapist in nature. I support you one thousand percent. I'm wondering if a better city or town would support and help you better than the death junkies of killadelphia. That city has fallen down on the job big time because how many times do you have to repeat your story and live through re-traumatization in order for anyone at all in that sick city to do the right thing. I reported the guy for you as well from my location. I feel so sorry for you and I'm sorry no one you know seems to have the ability to understand the levity of this matter and that no one in your family or friends network has the capacity to support you in a better way. sounds like you grew up in a network of people who are adept to abuse--either dishing it out or accepting it in their lives as normal. Here's a hug from someone who ACTUALLY CARES.
