Go to Harbor Freight, buy a $79 wire welder, and run some wire through it. There you go, you have almost the same thing. Modify the torch, and even better.

Fantastic. I cannot wait to see MrTigs review on this new process. I have seen clips from Europe using this process they call it "Tip Tig". I seen them weld at very high travel speeds with a finish that is high quality with a small heat affected zone

It looked like you were trying to dap, also thought the wire speed needed to be up a notch. Keep up the good work.

Richard Harms I thought the same thing. I actually thought he was going to melt off the tip of that thing.

3:40 "I think they call it MIG". Mr. TIG being modest :-)
Looking forward to see if you would upload a video of one of those fancy pancy torch feeder combos. One handed operation could be nice sometimes.

That would be great. One more quick question. Is it easy to find Titanium, Magnesium and Aluminum Alloys wire spools? That is the real area this beauty beats MIG

Does it take a foot pedal to control the wire feed rate on the fly? Means two pedals if you run current control-for your next trick do you play the piano as well?

I like the concept but I absolutely hate the bulky awkward handle.

WHY PAY SO MUCH $ FOR A WIRE FEEDER IF YOU CAN BUY A CHEAP MIG WELDER AND CONVERT IT TO A WIRE FEEDER FOR UNDER $90!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
