If the MSR stoves is like the ones I used a lot of years ago, you don't lie the canister flat, you want an angle of roughly 30° & its the fumes from the petrol (when it's pressurised) that gives you your flame. With the coffee press, boil the water 1st, then add the coffee grinds (keep off the flame when it's boiled) & wait roughly 4 mins before plunging the top (slowly & gently).
Oh! This one looks different than Lady bugout's drone. I can't remember the name of hers. Yours is much more slick and cool looking! Hers cost less than $400 though. Lando is the boss dog! He is amazing! Thanks for the stats! Wow! Even more incredible than I thought! One more comment and then I have to stop! 😂 I LOVE that tent! Ok. One more comment. 😂 You could just use your jet boil and pour the boiling water into your press/mug, let it sit a minute and press down the plunger. Just sayin 😁
That was some epic drone shots!!! Pete way to rip over the mud holes! That tent is super nice, I have never seen one with a "garage". Dan you are right that gas stove is sketchy. However it is a good idea to have a single fuel. Lando is a great member of the EFRT!
I had a similar tent, it’s great but too heavy and big to carry on a bike. Great if you have 2 backup vehicles. But on a real bike adventure without backup vehicles where you have to carry all your stuff yourselves, you need to size down. I have a Husqvarna 701 LR and did some more upgrades to turn it into an adventure bike. An important one is to reenforce the subframe, perunmoto has a bolt kit for it, so you can carry 30+ kg on a 690. Keep on going boys, your doing well. I hope at some point you will loose the backup trucks.
definitely awesome new drone footage! Looks like a perfect bike tent. Sounds like it worked out great. always fun to get new gear. We finally added a JetBoil flash cooking stove to our bug out kit. Of course I bought the larger fuel cans that don't fit inside LOL.
Like the camp content. You guys usually cut the cameras off soon as you get to camp, which i can understand, but content around the fire is awesome for the atmosphere, get the full experience. This channel getting good, keep it up! -And do some wheelies!!! (Besides that one where u flip...) :P
Quick tip about your coffee preparation. I have a very similar shaped, tall & skinny, press. I works great for making coffee, but it's terrible for heating the water. If you want to use your MSR Whisperlite, use a larger diameter boiling pot with lid to increase the heat transfer to the pot. A skinny pot, like the press, requires a MUCH long heating time to boil. My results for a small burner and small pot were ~14min to boil while a large pot with the same volume of water was 4min. If you can, use your jetboil to boil the water, then pour the water over your grounds in the press. Loved the drone footage & thanks for the good content.
Pro tip boys....don't hammer with your fine Swedish axe. The pol of an axe is there for weight, it isn't case hardened like a hammer and is easily deformed. You can drive the occasional synthetic wedge for falling trees but it's not made for hammering. Loving the content though.
That "sketchy" stove is one of the best stoves available.... you should watch some youtube videos on proper use and maintenance. Once you've learned it you will love it
The stove will be better than any propane you have used once you get used to it. Use the correct jets for the type of fuel and it’s great. You won’t have altitude problem like propane. Great drone footage.
Since you really can only put one bike safely and space wise in that vestibule garage I don’t see any reason why you boys need to be sharing one tent especially since you’re purportedly living full-time on the road. You’re growing and need your own space.
I am sorry guys, but I honestly can't watch this anymore. It feels like one long commercial. I understand the need for revenue and sponsors, but it is too much (at least for this viewer)! Cheers,
The skydio footage turned out sooooo good! Awesome job guys. 👍
Thanks. Yeah we’re loving it!
Great video. Really like that tent....and the drone is awesome. Keep the videos coming.

Lando needs a drone/beacon!
We definitely are trying that!
The drone worked amazingly. Awsome job describing lando. Perfect trail dog/companion
New drone footage is a game changer! Nice!
I think so too!

Thanks so much for the tip! I will try this next time I make some coffee.
Wow just wow! That drone is next level, really looking forward to seeing how you work it into your vids!
You boys are so Precious….
🤔 🤨
Perfect choice for the drone. 😉👍
You've just up your level of video quality.
Cool tent 👌
Thanks! 👍

Will do! once we got it going it was great.
Wow look at Lando go 🐕

Ihr 2 seit zwei cool typen
Thanks!
does the chin mounted gopro block your vision at all? I do prefer video from the chin mount. thx for sharing your adventures
The chin mounts do not block vision although you can see them.
Another epic video. Did you get the cracked cover replaced or did you fix it?
Amazing drone shots. Love the new tent. Does Lando sleep in the jeep or in the tent along with you?
Both! Although he likes sleeping in the jeep most of the time.
That skydeo was a great choice - can you choose the angle it follows you? Like swirling around vs following behind you
Yes you can, we haven't tested all of the options but there are a lot!
How much does the tent weigh? Might be good for hiking? How about cost? Looks like an amazing tent
It costs around 700$ and weighs in at 12 lbs which makes it the lightest moto tent with the garage canopy.
@@adventureguysofficial nice, maybe not for hiking then but makes a great camping setup in weather

We do carry two tents with us on the trail but in the colder weather we didn't see the point in setting up both tents.
That drone is awesome!
It really is!
