There are many women like her, like me, like us.... but we do get constantly overlooked, most men want the goods but dont want to work for them. There is too much choice out there, and as Sadia says in the conversation, for most its too hard to work for the high value woman, but i say that the things that are priceless in this life, are the hardest to get indeed. You need to have a clear idea of who you are, what your priorities in life are, you need self control, patience and perserverance, in a world of fast living and fast reward you have to make your choices. I choose to live slowly and be very very selective with who i mingle with.

It was likely unintentional but the humanizing moment was glorious and I further appreciate you more. Thank you for being you Sadia. This is a great clip. I love sharing these with my guy friends but especially my girl friends. I feel your input is really helpful in getting women to understand the male challenges but also having healthier expectations in relationships. Also, for males to have similar healthier expectations....I just feel my girl friends are more open to listening. The guys are so limited mentally more often and aren't willing to adjust their approaches.

As a dating coach, I have found that women are far more open to being helped than men are. Men often need to be either into self-development already when they come to me for coaching, or they need to be in such pain that they are so willing to make the changes they need to make. On the other hand, women are far more open to self-development when they come to me, even if they previously hadn’t been working on themselves. They are far more open to instruction and criticism than men are.

Even I have experienced this one. Being from Eastern culture (India) and having lived in the West (US), I've observed that people in the west (not everyone ofc) go for short term pleasures over long term happiness which is built slowly and steadily. Also, excessively focused on improving ones own life over helping family members, relatives etc.

It's applicable if you view a human only at a superficial level. Don't you think ?

She’s telling nothing but the truth. I used to date what I thought was a high value man, 6’4”, came from a nice family, graduated with a degree in engineering. However, the man had such low self-esteem it was suffocating at times. Being self-actualized is more than the physical and it’s interesting how many people realize that but at the same time don’t.
Edit: 19:43 my ex was also like this, he did not support his group of male friends lol. Not even his best friend. One day we found out his best friend was homeless, he didn’t even bother to call him. He shrugged and said he’s fine, he figured it out since he’s living in a gym in the meantime.

He was the one man I could talk to so effortlessly day and night but his insecurities were too damaging to the point he was starting to down me for my looks and talking about me behind my back. The fact that he couldn’t empathize with his best friend’s situation says it all. People with highly narcissistic traits lack empathy and are highly insecure due to trauma and social conditioning . Self value or self worth comes from within and is not contingent on external factors . Think of the cancer researcher that finds breakthroughs that change the course of treatments available to cancer patients ? They may not achieve fame or fortune however aren’t they providing high value to the world ?

Somehow these lessons shape us and give us more wisdom and compassion as well as self love don’t they? We know we are all high value because we are God’s children . Men are attracted to women's physical beauty AND youth, not because they are superficial qualities as some would argue, but because they are cues for their fertility and reproductive health. Women prioritize and value men's good financial prospects/economic resources and social status similarly because these are cues for resources which are evolutionarily advantageous to the survival of women and their children.

After years looking for the elusive unicorn among sophisticated ladies, most of then with college degrees and some even with Phds, I met the girl of my dreams in a teenager that still was sleeping with her dolls.
In high profile social events we have attended during the last decade I've been given strong reminders to stay at the same high standars of my wife when I arrived earlier than her. The moment my wife gets there, her poise, beauty and elegance electrifies the rooms and shifts the attention of the people toward her, a lady in her late 40s to early 50s.
It is jaw dropping how she becomes the magnetic attraction of a fair deal of executive guys, even if they are surrounded by stunning beauties in their 20s and 30s.
Then I realized over and over again how right was my judgement about who has been my wife for more than three decades now.

A high value man understands the importance of his actions and the impact those actions have on the lives of others including his own and cares about character virtues that build up the integrity and quality of human life. He makes it his purpose to cultivate these virtues as his discipline so that by his reputation you will know him. He does not seek glory for his disciples nor is he driven by an egoic attitude. A low value man in contrast lacks the awareness of such qualities and what is worst he lacks intention for personal growth so that the person he could become is never given life and as a consequence for his irresponsible behaviour destroys the lives of those around him by adding nothing of value to elevate others to a higher level of integrity and virtue. He is his own worst enemy yet everyone and everything around him is to blame for his choices.

Hi quality women is mostly traditional values which means zero milage at marriage, beauty, feminine, submissive or embrace her role as a women. That’s a rare find these days
For men; lead, provide, protect and the traits that are related to that.
Historically though kings & rich man have always had plenty of beautiful women and children. What she described about Monogamy for men as ‘high value’ is a religious view. Even her on faith allows man to have upto 4 wives.

When people say men have to work for their value, it doesn't mean theres no advantage in being a tall and handsome guy, but if you're broke, no women is going to keep you around for long. That's not the case the other way around. The beautiful privilege is simply just much stronger for women, than for men.

I am glad to hear you say that as a man and I believe you are right. It's mainly shallow men who don't deserve a good woman that will feel like the one who gave them good sex or who was extraordinarily beautiful was the one who got away. Even some of those shallow ones will feel thay way. I saw it with my own eyes. My friend (kind, loyal, down to earth but average attractiveness) had an ex dating other women behind her back and years later I saw him confess (in an FB group he didn't know I was in) how he felt she was the one who got away because she was such a good person

Naturally, people have no discipline in a present sacrifice for delayed gratification. That takes hard work, self-control, and a disciplined life. High-valued and low-valued are made by individuals. It's funny to see men who want highly valued women yet they don't bring the same value to her and vice versa🤷‍♀️ I'm sad the world where our children's options are diminishing of highly valued individuals 😢

@@wigwamproductions134 I completely agree with you - this is similar manipulation tactics as noted in Robert Greene’s 48 laws of power - It takes courage to love and be vulnerable and also a certain level of maturity :) I’m curious to know how Sadia pools her research metrics . I know many people male and female all over the world who she would consider ‘high value’ who would never utilize these tactics . They are based on lust and fear. Also , after living in the Middle East myself I observed that a woman’s value was very much contingent on her level of beauty . I was often asked by men how I could be beautiful and intelligent at the same time when I was there and why I was not willing to sell by body for money or be a sugar baby .

Timing for your advertising for your personal practice as well as editting needs a professional touch. On a personal note. I am still working on areas in my life to be that high value man but chose a life of service. Also am interested in business side as affluence can afford being more impactful and altruistic. at my high school it was mandatory for everybody to take one semester of health education, which included sex ed (btw im way past this age, but it just came to mind). Wow, it would've been cool if we had a teacher like you give practical and responsible dating advice in a setting like this. But they mostly just focused on the worst case scenerios like stds, pregnancy, and sa. I'm glad you don't really delve to strong on these talking points it may be unsettling and triggering. I don't agree on all your points fully, but overall great advice and wonderfully presented in the way dating is most effectively discussed, in straightforward, honest, but not too heavy and graphic way. Really great to hear a voice like yours in the sea of people promoting the contrary, thank you

Women's preferences for a male partner serve adaptive purposes beyond mere survival, says David Buss. He continues, in our ancestors' environment, choosing a mate who failed to provide resources, was unfaithful, lazy, or abusive would jeopardize survival and reproduction. On the other hand, a man who offered resources, protection, and dedication was highly beneficial. By choosing larger, stronger winners, women also ensured that their sons inherited genes for size and fighting abilities, while smaller, weaker, and more timid males failed to mate and became evolutionary dead ends.
Additionally, while women in evolutionary history could walk away from casual encounters, pregnancy from such encounters imposed long-term costs. Conversely, choosing a man wisely provided benefits such as good genes and reliable provision. Modern birth control has lessened the chances of pregnancy from hook-ups, and many women now secure resources through their professional success, sometimes surpassing those of men. However, human sexual psychology, shaped over millions of years to solve ancestral problems, remains largely unchanged despite modern environmental shifts.
