    After starting a marketing agency a few weeks ago. I managed to land a client within my first 35 emails.
    Email outreach does not have to be complicated. Really short introduction on what you can do for the business you’re talking to, follow up, follow up again and then ring! Average touch points before you make a deal in sales is around 6-7 times.
    Don’t be afraid to go for small businesses to learn your craft, let’s face it, the first few client you have will never go as perfect as you’d like so just use it as an education before you get the client you really want. Like he says be original!

    Hey Juan you should focus on managing and optimizing the leads past that it’s extremely hard to scale. Create a landing page outside of Facebook that automatically qualifies not too intense just something as simple as collecting info. This does two things one adds an extra step to separate serious leads from garbage ones and two it verifies the info is real. From there pass them on to the client and they can call or their receptionist can, and you can provide them with the necessary scripts etc. Don’t fall into being a ISA and doing the low level work. Focus on scaling and ads.

    Wow, Juan, this video really made me rethink the lead gen process! The angle you have covered on scalability is something I am struggling with. I have been using Mystrika for the past few months, and let me tell you, their detailed analytics are a game-changer. Understanding the open rates, bounce rates, and A/B testing results helps me pinpoint what to tweak. Anyone serious about cold emailing should check them out. Maybe consider doing a feature on their AI-driven personalization and tag management?

    This breakdown on lead gen scalability opened my eyes, Juan. I have recently started using DoYouMail, and it is been a breathing room for my campaigns. Unlimited email sending from various domains at $40/month is such a bargain! The ease of creating email IDs and their automated DNS configuration have made management a breeze. Perhaps a tutorial on how to set up these features next?

    Honestly man great points here and so many are trying to pitch the same things to clients. Change what you can offer or reframe the offer itself. Stand out. Your all the same and you'll all make this like dropshipping was. Take this seriously and be creative. Do not copy-paste everyone.

    As someone who is also early in the agency game, my clients actually want to call the leads themselves. This is most likely because I'm in the construction/contracting sector and the clients feel they are better equipped to answer customer questions / want to manage their own calendars. The only downside is they may not always call right away and thus don't convert as many leads. However, I'd recommend looking into the construction niche since the sales are so much higher ticket and just getting one customer will get the client a ROI.

    I´m trying to build a SaaS agency. It has its benefits but ironically, one of the flaws I see is that there is so much to offer that businesses get lost once you pitch them. I think the best way to be successful in this model should be by niching not on an industry, but one a very few selected services and be very clear about it.

    Charlie said D4U just becomes more and more of a headache as you try to scale. If your ads are doing well it'll actually be a headache even with only a couple of clients. Yes, you can charge a lot more with D4U, but if you want to scale it will take a lot of hiring considering you can't do outreach, sales, service delivery and customer service by yourself for more than like 5 big clients. I wonder if that profit sacrifice to systemize a D4U fully would net you more than just trying to do DWY from the beginning and teaching clients what to do after someone clicks their ad. I guess your retention would be way higher with D4U since people are lazy so you build more LTV per client.

    I simplified my offer - I dont call the leads, my clients do. I dont book any appointments and it made everything so much easier. You can go little lower with pricing and take 5x more clients. Also your clients know their service best and customers like to talk directly to client, no need for middleman. Also I dont cold call anymore, I just run my own ads. Why would you not generate your leads the same way you do it for you clients ...

    • @juansmmajourney
      @juansmmajourney  Рік тому

      Ad spend varies from each client, it depends on their ad budget but between $500 to $600. And in terms of booking appointments, having a really good follow up system helps a lot, like calling the leads that come through instead of using text automations
