- 6 months ago I started my lead gen smma agency as a complete beginner. After making many mistakes and having trouble signing my first client, I was able to sign my first few smma clients. I break down my journey this far and also what the plan is to continue growing the agency. I also break down what I did month by month to learn smma from scratch.

Consuming content is good to build a bit of confidence but it has to be minumum 80% actions, felt so many times on it too on the learning trap
in that learning trap rn because i’m a chronic perfectionist. need to buck that shit and just go for it
@@juliuspreloznik7236 Yes same. Just keep it in mind this. I found it useful, at the end of every day, to review what I actually did and my progresses.
Keep a checklist of things you have to do so when you have your own review daily you can actually see how much stuff you got done. Its also a good motivation to check things off that playlist.
Keep the consumation of content only for the evening, before 19:00 pm I dont allow myself to go on youtube or socials if not for research purposes and I make sure I stay strictly at them and not get distracted. We are our own enemy

I have the opposite problem. I hate building websites, funnels, workflows, and I have no clue how to do advertising, but on the other side, Im enjoying cold calling and I feel super comfortable on sales calls, and English isn’t even my first language. I started 2 weeks ago, and currently I signed 3 high ticket clients, but I have no idea how I will deliver on the promise. However, I have no choice, so I have to figure out how to get them results.

Jaun, Me and you started at the same time, but you know I already signed 5 clients and 2 more clients are on the way so until now it's going great and also wish you best best best of luck. One more fact in the beginning when I was trying to find clients and no one was ready to work with me because I also have the same problem as, not good at cold calling, so I was getting disappointed but watching your videos were giving me courage as it were giving me idea that there are other ppl doing same and facing same so its normal to face issues in the beginning and this feeling I was getting from your videos which really helped me push hard,.

It's about finding out if they have a problem you can solve - if not they will never buy

Hey just curious why start SMMA vs ecom since I see ecom as way easier to build as brand and to scale and test since even with SMMA clients leave very quickly sometimes like 3-6months rage and the work for it doesn’t seem very fruitful vs the amount of work than you would do with ecom. Since most people when they even quit ecom they put in like 1-2 month of work and that’s it

Dude, you should find a good mentor to help you out and lead you. You're making things harder on yourself than they have to be. Also look into outsourcing work you don't like doing. Quit being cheap invest in yourself and your business. Thank me later.
