I did the 3-day boot camp, don't waste your time or money if you are not serious about it because it's a lot of work and very very practical information that will blow your mind! I'm still working on getting everything together to run my funnel.

Hey! Glad you enjoyed the video? The biggest tip would be to ensure you deliver MASSIVE value, but at the saame time not too much of the how. I call the the WOW not the HOW, you have to ensure you're giving lightbulb moments and leading people to revelations and giving a ton of value, but not showing them HOW to do it on their own otherwise no one will ever want to work with you becuase you've taught them too much in the webinar. That's the most important thing and it's a hard balance to get right 😀

Hey, Jon. Great video. I have a question: is the webinar for the book a call funnel showing a prospect what they should do and then the more expensive offer is showing them how to do it? And then the high ticket is doing it for them, right?
Hey Josh Lee! Great question, that really depends, the webinat is showing them the WOW not the HOW, so showing them the possibilities and what your particular subject/topic/process can do and why they need it, then on the phone call it's to join your coaching or course or program to learn how to implement. We don't personally have a done for you side, I think it's far more valulable for someone to know how to actulally do it rather than someone do it then them having no idea how their business works. :) You could have a done for you as an even higher ticket package but that comes with a lot more time investment.
For me it would be:
1) $7 unique list, with tutorial/explainer of the list
2) $1k to $1.5k course
3) $1k a month management of PPC or TikTok ads
But the $7 low ticket + high value explainer video (webinar) will help get 'motivated' people as well as have them sit for the funnel
Loved your perspective. Not blindly against or for it, but taking it into consideration each persons situation. I agree with you that there are more moving parts in a LTO, but for beginners I believe you can have it more "staged"/recorded/edited all the classes in your LTO, which I believe also helps a beginner, because I tend to believe that beginners suck at live presentations and selling live. But they could do a better job through a recording that was edited,
What is your point of view on beginers selling through a recorded class or live. Which do you think renders the best results?

So if it's over a few days, Live is going to be easier and convert better! But I recommend when starting doing a 30-40 minute recorded webinar before getting into a longer training like this! We found that although a Live webinar converts better, the ability to have more webinars runnning if they are recorded evens the conversions out and makes them perform the same if not better :)
15% CVR on a 1k product is fucking insanity.
40% in a 14k product is even more insane
Great video, no news in some respects. but Im going down the pathway of a membership instead. Not as leveraged as this traditional model but memberships I think is better for the customer long term.

Hey there, we don't have an agency, we've tried it but we far more enjoy teaching and helping others learn to do it for themselves so we have a few different coaching programs aimed at online coaches and trainers that want to scale their businesses.
I know web development and automation using go high level.

Why did you leave out the most important metric?
Whats your CPL or CAC?
I felt like if i was to start showing my costs and numbers people would get a skewed idea of what their metrics would be, the CPL & CPC Vary massivly from industry to indsutry. Also we're in a position becuase this funnel works so well, that we're willing to pay a premium on the front end for a $7 sale becuase we know it is profitable at the end for us, so if you're interested, currently to make a $14,000 sale at the end, we spend around $3000 on the front :)

what product/service are you selling in your offer?
If you're talking about the product/service at the end of the funnel it's a 6 month online coaching program teaching entreprenerus how to package up their knowledge and scale to the bg numbers with webinar funnels and paid ads :)

It's hard to believe that your conversion rate is 40 percent for a $14,000 course. Even Russell Brunson says 10 percent for each course. Also, if I'm ready to invest $14,000 in a course, I should have a million dollars in circulation. Don't sell dreams.
It may be hard to believe but it's possible! But I can appreciate it sounds too good to be true! haha
This all sounds good and I’ve done your courses in the past. Can these strategies work as an affiliate marketer without me being the face of everything?
That would depend on what you're selling as an affiliate, if it's a high ticket coaching program over $2000 then yes it can, but the difficulty there is you have to hand the process off at some point becuase it's not your own program, so then there could be disconect or that might be enough to make it difficult to scale
