Im doing appointment booking for my client and most of my leads dont respond/hang up and only few show interest and fewer make an appointment, but im getting a bunch of leads for cheap, still the quality is too low as I wont be able to deliver. Should i make the entry level higher to filter out these trash leads in exchange for volume?

what are good metrics to be looking for within the columns, also for the "sales" column, are you tracking rev or profit for them?
