I've had Clazzios on my Tundra for 4 years and they are really well worth the money. I recently purchased a newer Tundra and transferred the Clazzios to the new Tundra. The seat covers were still in great shape, as were the cloth seats they covered. It was an easy detail job to clean up the old Tundra and sold less than a week after listing it. The main comment was how clean the interior was, especially the seats. So my hats off to Clazzio.
I bought the PRP seat covers for my Tacoma after watching your video took eternity for them to arrive but I watched your video again while I installed them it was a great help thanks
Hi Chloe. I just installed my PKP seats today, in place in 90 minutes. Not to bad at all. We absolutely love the Elegant feel of these seats. A world of difference over cloth seats. I was hesitant as I couldn’t get the connector under the seat to disconnect, but by myself I had these in pretty fast. I sooo should have done these earlier!! Thanks so much for your video showing how to do these, it helped me so much !!!
Thanks for the video. Ever since I found your videos I've been envious of the seats in your truck and now I know where to get them. As of this morning, they are now $399 and they do make a power seat version. In my 2022 Tacoma I just bought 4 days ago, the driver is power and the the passenger is manual. People may say their pricey, but I was going to pay $275 for the Carhartt ones and they look as if they fit like trash.
I would have to agree your choice was 100% awesome. your choice of colors and materials was a great choice to. Thank you for the intro of this company. I really think the company should have you as a rep.. you are tremendous with the product.
tbh when I saw you post this on your instagram I thought they were new custom leather seats! I was surprised they are seat covers! really awesome video! great camera work too
Sounds like you did your research Chloe 👍! Great color choice and great step by step instructions. Maybe you could have gotten your initials “CKT” in fancy letters on the headrest? That backseat should work great for Cody. Nice and easy cleanup. Give us an update in the future as far as durability and comfort on long drives. Another great video Chloe. Thanks!
Know this video is a year old but just to give some up to date info. PRP now offers the power seat cover option. I just got a 2022 Off Road Tacoma (manual transmission) and the driver seat is a power seat. I went to PRP after watching this video and they now have the power seat option. I ordered the front and rear seat covers along with the center console. The prices on the covers are a bit over hundred dollars more than at the time of this video. I paid 499 for the front seat covers and 499 for the rear bench and 49.99 for the center console cover. Including shipping everything came out to 1200 dollars. On the site it says allow a six week wait time before shipping. I ordered mine on the 8/5/22 and the order is still “in processing” status. I expect to get it somewhere around the end of September. Either way, I’m real excited about them and can’t wait to install them. Love your channel!
Update: Since this comment, my seat covers were completed and shipped on 9/13/2022. PRP stayed true to their 6 week completion and ship time. Covers were shipped via Fed Ex and should be delivered by end of day on the 19th. Will update again when I actually receive them.
Update: Seats delivered today, 9/18/22. Took more than a few hours to install. Death to your fingers and fingernails even when using pry tools lol! Did most of the install solo, but def needed my wife’s help with the Velcro for the rear bench. Very happy with the product. Quality feels great and my truck’s interior looks real bad ass! So far, no regrets. Thanks for the great video and recommendation Chloe!
Hi there and great videos...I'm only 6:13 into it and you answered the only question I've had before I went forward with getting covers. I'll check out PRP's site. Thanks again!
Ive had my Prp seat covers for a year now. Love them. I am rewatching this video to figure out how to fix my driver side bottom seat cover. It came loose and need to adjust it. It was my error not the seat covers. All the ones I installed correctly haven't moved.
TY for showing me this company. I have a 1st generation Tacoma. The best generation! 😁 I played on their website. Fun to mess with colors. I'll check in with PRP from time to time to see if they ever do 1st generation Tacoma.
Hi Chloe I think the Velcro cover on the back seat upper unit should be removed AFTER you tuck in the flap... it makes it easier to tuck in the flap, then pull off the Velcro cover and it sticks together (26:41)
Thanks for the video! Have been on the fence about getting some of these for my lifted Silverado. They look good! Hope I can do a good job like you did!
I am thinking of getting a Tacoma and stumbled upon your channel, great channel I love the vibes and makes me even more excited to empty my wallet on a new truck! definitely going to be a usual here. :D
I think I would put the TRD logo on the headrest covers. Speaking of headrest covers, I think it would be a little easier if you put them in the seat to help hold it in place but have it at the highest setting to allow room to pull the cover over the cushion. Once you have the cover pulled all the way down then remove it from the seat to put the finishing touches on the install.
Hi Chloe. I'm a senior that has a love for all Toyotas. Ur VERY GOOD/INTERESTING & put out awesome videos. I own a Prius 😔 & am considering installing seat covers also..I feel u can never learn too much. Ur a sweet young woman & very good/knowledgable! I 👍'd & sub'd.
Hey I literally just watched all your videos! Thanks for inspiring me since I’m new to the Taco gang😁 I dropped a follow to see more awesome tips and recommendations!!!
The installation is very similar to the Clazzio style covers I already have on mine, but I really like the fabric and color option available from these PRP's! I would've probably gone with these had they been available a few years ago... Thanks for sharing!
Nice job Chloe, the seat covers look amazing and add a nice touch to your Tacoma. I went on the website unfortunately they don't offer seat covers for 3rd generation Tundra. If you would let PRP know to please consider making Tundra seat covers. All the Best to you.
thanks for this video, I think im set on getting these instead of the clazzio/coverking. I wanted something waterproof and sleek for off roading and dog fur but also wanted the option of choosing the colors navy blue, dark gray, and black for my seat covers. Thankfully PRP has those colors for me and the waterproof/offroad material for the covers
It look great those sest covers. But i bet they are going to be very hot to sit on when its hot outside. Try to have your own logo that know one has to put on the head rest. Great video
Hi Chloe, I wanted to know if you still like the seat covers they have jumped in price now! I may order them but wanted to see how the held up. thank you!
Hi Chloe how your seat covers had come along are they still looking good specifically the driver’s seat? I’m thinking about to install these versus kazkim please I need your opinion how they look so far!, thanks ☺️
If you're on a budget like me, check out Cabela's seat cover. $20 each for front seats, $30 I think for rear seat. I put some in my Ram 1500 and just bought two fronts for my Tacoma.

I have the Clazzio seat covers in leather. I'll tell you my hands hurt for a week after installing them but they are really nice... LOL. Anyways, your PRP seat covers are really nice and if I decide to go the vinyl route, I will check out PRP. One tip I did was I waited several months and retightened all the Velcro anchor points since I could get them in place when I first installed them.
Well done Chloe, I like the look, you have given me an idea for my seats. Did you hear that toyota offers a 2 inch factory lift for tacoma ? what do you think?
Thanks! I think it’s great that they offer an option now!! It’s good for those who want to avoid voiding their warranty and get something tuned nicely for the Tacoma.
Chloe you’re amazing. You’re the only one that shows how to do the back seat with any detail! Thank you so much!
I've had Clazzios on my Tundra for 4 years and they are really well worth the money. I recently purchased a newer Tundra and transferred the Clazzios to the new Tundra. Nice job. When I did mine, I put the seat cover that I was working on in the dryer for about 10 minutes.
It made the install so much easier.

thanks for the tool advice. My hands are bigger and my grips isn't the greatest. Tools help a lot.
Always enjoy your videos. Would you suggest removing the seats for install? I have my set and am about to install. Thank you

Hi Chloe, those seats look fantastic!!
