That sound was showcased during their Fender Studio Session when DDG stopped by the famed Studio A at Capitol Records to perform “Coming Down,” which is from 2011's “Only in Dreams.”

I'm glad these girls finally made it. They were playing around L.A. when I was doing some music projects around Hollywood in the the late 2000's. I know they kind of sound like Mazzy Star, but I like most of their stuff. Really cool chicks as well. I'm happy for them.
Now i'm wishing I had saw them. Wonder if they still play. It would be a tragedy if they didn't.

They are not at all like Mazzy Star. Yes, this song is melodic but the distinction in DEE DEE's voice is clear, articulate punctuating high tones and full of an energy of heart and soul. This girl rocks!!

This band sounds GREAT... great vocals, excellent guitar sounds - so refreshing to hear guitars that are not overplayed - and great bass and drums, which also not only sound excellent but really play the dynamics of the songs. Love it !!!!

You know what the real problem is with music today? There is so much of it, that even great bands can be missed! Just today I saw the link for 'Bedroom Eyes', and thought I'd check it out (yeah, pretty women, I know - but she was playing a Silvertone! Just like my first electric guitar! I had to hear how she sounded, and wow! They sound great!

Someone mentioned a comparison to Hope Sandoval singing "Fade Into You" ....not even close! Dee Dee tears this up and has such a clear and succinct voice. Beautiful sound from her soul.

I love this band. In fact i hate everyone trashimg this song as a "mazzy rip-off". But i would never claim she is better than Sandoval! In fact i would not compare anyone to Sandoval.
