- When Dum Dum Girls stopped into Studio A at Capitol Records in Hollywood for Fender Studio Sessions, they decided to put their own spin on the song “Sight of You” from British alternative rockers Pale Saints. The track is taken to another level with a ringing bassline and Dee Dee Penny’s mesmerizing voice.

I really miss Dum Dum Girls. And Pale Saints. This is wonderful.
Sandra Vu on drums here was pure fire. Sooo good :-)
Best rendition of this song ever, in my opinion.. Great drumming performance: I loved Sandra Vu.
Pleasing indie guitar rock in the vein of 10,000 Maniacs and early REM. I don't know if those guys used Fenders but there's definitely a distinctive, brighter sound to these instruments.
so glad i got to see it live once!
Oh wooow. The singer's vocal ability has improved very much.
This music penetrates in a Sublime way into My Very Soul. I Love this. Thank You. :)
Dum Dum Girls. Did they end in a lover's tiff like the Cocteau Twins? Loved their concerts, loved their records.
A highlight of the DDGs gig I saw April, 2014. Glad there are recordings, including this pro-shot video. Nice. To these ears, DDGs version's an improvement on the original with a Dee Dee-altered vocal melody, & a zinger of a harmony part Dee Dee must have written herself & added. Hey, if we're lucky, Dee Dee will include it on the may-be-forthcoming DDGs EP of all covers she's talked about releasing next!
I love every woman in this band. :P
Amen✊️💪
This video shows off their instrumental prowess more than most other songs. But I still prefer the DDG original songs, for their dark romantic feeling.
Really great sound mix! 😍👌
Yes!🙌
I dig the Dum Dum Girls’s cover of the Pale Saints classic.
Wow, Brian Eno had FOMO. Incredible you guys, incredible🌟🤲🌙🌠🌟
De lo mejor que le he escuchado al grupo en estudio grabando.....# soy dum dum.........
I love this version song, but the ringing bassline is the exact same as Ian Masters' on the original, as he wrote it. Maybe give it a listen first?
Quiero esta cancion en version de estudio, i love Dum Dum Girls

Waw .. Pale Saints cover?............but original it's much more better
is there one dude in the band or all girls?
Nice song though
There's one dude: Andrew. He plays guitar.
Laurie Marin Right. Andrew was a Dum Dum "Girl" before anyone else but Dee Dee, & his guitar appears on the very first DDGs album.
Hermesacat yes, i know :)
