As much as I love strength training, there is just something about these types of workouts that hits perfectly, Great way to start a long holiday weekend.
Just over 6 months since I peeled myself off the couch and started exercising with you every day. Back in the winter I would only do standing exercises and couldn't/wouldn’t do any sit ups. I can’t believe that I can now get through full abs workouts...and I will be able to wear my favourite summer clothes on holiday after 3 years of them sitting in the wardrobe. Thank you to you and your gang so much for being inspirational and real.

Hamstrings are so tight, I have a hard time doing the bridges with leg extension. I rollout and stretch. Can you suggest anything else?
Keep those hammys stretched out! Keep doing the exercises that challenge you. Can always do it for less time and build up.
Love this so much! I’ve been adding this one in consistently every week since I found it so I’ve done it about 3 times now and I love it more each time. Just want to take a sec to express my appreciation for you and these workouts you provide! I can’t say enough how much progress I’ve made since working out with you & crew consistently. I’ve noticed some big changes not only in how I feel, but also how much my body has changed in the most positive of ways. I exercised regularly - and quite back breakingly - before finding your channel, but I still couldn’t do certain things like a push up; now I can do a whole set (on my knees but still!), or even certain ab moves without modifications (i.e.hands under the hips) but now I can do more with less mods. I FEEL and LOOK stronger. Not sure if you read such long comments, but I hope you read this one so you know just how much you’re appreciated for helping so many people like me! Thank you! 💕
