This was a killer! I'm glad you mentioned no ankle weights, can cause damage- I had mine on..and then off quickly, lol. I love no repeats and moves that help strengthen us as we age. It's so important, especially for women. Stay well🌺

What a great workout it's so Intense and tough. It was Amazing ! It's a different way to work the booty and thighs, using dumbells, a mini band and Just the body. Thank you so much Michelle and your crew 😀

Love your workouts! The compound moves are great. I would like it if you could post what exercise setting you use on your watch before starting the exercise. Sometimes you mention it at the end of workouts only to find out I didn’t use the correct setting. And sometimes it’s in the comments.
I am crazy for selecting this after 40 mins of sprint intervals. This is a different burn even the exercises without weights. Gee..I need to do this again as it stimulates different muscle fibers
