    I’ve enjoyed all the previous videos, the first part of this last session was very tough on my tight shoulders. Having some alternative suggestions to lessen the “pain”/tightness may help others

    oh wow, i did it for two weeks! had litteraly no experience in yoga before finding your account! thank you for showing that it isn't as difficult as i've thought before! and i've got some progress even now, it's soooo motivating

    Is there a modification I can do where I don't have to bend my toes backward? I cannot do this if I'm not wearing shoes. I don't really know why. I tried it on the mat and it was awful. I tried it with sneakers on and it wasn't so bad.

      At which part of the video do you feel you need to wear shoes. Is it when we tuck our toes or when we point the toes in poses like cobra/up dog?
