Welcome to DAY 29 of the Beginners 30 Days of Yoga For Inflexibility series🌿
In this 20 minute restorative yoga routine we will work through various full body stretches to release tension and relax the body and mind for a restfull nights sleep.
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Block or stacked books as high as you need.
2 pillows or large blankets
