Hey Lee? How is it going machan? good couple of point outs and nicely balanced explanation. Hope you are ok with somethings you (might) missed. Highlighted and kickass point is most of the people perform the "DEADLIFT" like bicep curls, I meant touch and go movement. I don't know why people can't get this idea behind the movement and the word "DEADLIFT". It means dead weight lift it. Every rep dead the weight and lift it. Second one grip... yes mixed one is like cereal in your breakfast, sweet and easy to make. But when it comes to your grip strength and forearm vitality conventional hookgrip is the most loved by many. Yeah its like eating your veggies, ha ha! For firm strength on your grip and massive forearms, you can do " PLATE FLIP", just search it with dmitry klokov grip strength workout. Do it before the every deadlift workout you will feel the bar like you girl's hand! Cheers Mate. Once again good guidance and good work!

why don't u recommend the guys to use the straps as a solution for the week grip? as u hv mentioned the mixed grip is causing long-term issues like muscle imbalances and strength imbalances.. in the long run.. by using the straps we can eliminate the grip constraint and still can use the double over hand grip in my opinion.
