Most of what they can do is to give you something to help with the symptoms but it is only the body and our inmune system what will take care. This is why it is important to have a good diet and exercise.
Personally i never take any of these . I take garlic and vitamin C , other supplements, lifting weights and working outdoors. Not a fan of the FDA myself but thats not a criticism of you or your video
Hey Tim sounds like a great way to look after your health! I prefer the natural route as well but admittedly when I’m desperate I have no problems reaching for the meds to feel better 😅 Re. The FDA they’re not the regulatory body here so can’t say I know much about them 😃
