Depression should be solved by positive words rather than the medicines, Positiveness/positive people/never allow toxic poeple around your environment, this is the biggest medicince
I agree we should definitely try to surround ourselves with the right people and get rid of the toxicity if we can. Although sometimes we need a little help and that’s where medication/supplements can play a role 🙂 Just like if it runs in the family to have high blood pressure sometimes we can mitigate it by exercise/diet but sometimes it comes to a point where we need to take medication

if we eat a food, the brain may have good score but the gut may have less score. The world around us is controlled by hungry and foolish, desperate business people who craves for money. They will every engineering to make it taste good. And we fall for them, our decisions are 99% controlled by them which makes me feel sad
medicine may create drug dependency and body builds tolerence and again we end needing more powerful drugs. Rather than taking drugs which have + and - tradeoff. we can consume right food + and + tradeoff
Lab studies show it can help with inflammation. Taking it on an empty stomach can help with absorption but if you’re like me who has trouble remembering to take tablets, I would say just take it whenever is easier remember!
