Hi Joe, that sounds terrible! There seems to be a lot of people on the internet saying that proteolytic enzymes can break up established scar tissue but unfortunately there just isn’t any good clinical evidence to back this up.

Have you found it to be effective for scar tissue? I see a bit of anecdotal evidence around in this area

Why I have may menstruation take long and it's bleed like hell is it the side of the said medecine
@mikavlog8037 yes it definitely can be a side effect as serrapeptase breaks down fibrin and affects bleeding
