That's a good point! Blueberries would help too but most of the studies have been done on Cherries and they seem to have consistently higher amounts of anthocyanins. Lol New Zealand.. close but not quite 😀

cherries, why not blueberries? they also have anthocyanins. Where is your accent from? New Zealand?
