My wife dragged me along to a Pink concert about 5 years ago... to this day it's still the best live show I've ever seen. I was completely blown away.
She is the best, best show ever.

Really was amazing. I am hard rock all the way and I saw her at Hyde Park over the summer in London. She can belt a rocker as good as anyone. Great show.
she is just one of those musicians where even if you dont like her music, she is an AMAZING performer! Another big plus is she treats her band really well. Most artists just pay their musicians shit for money and treat them like replaceable garbage but she takes really good care of her bandmates. Very humble woman.

I think Pink has always been a pop star with a rock persona. She has always been amazing and she fits right in on this stage. Her and Dave are among a very small fraternity of artists that are almost universally adored. I think the world needs a Pink/Foos co-headlining tour.

True that. Saw her the first time in 2002 with Lenny Kravitz. She could have been the headliner! She visited the Foos @ Bottlerock 2021 and came back the next year to play a phenomenal concert. I mean epic! We rode the front rail but with here acrobatics you had a front row seat 100yds out!!

Why are people surprised that she did good? Pinks voice has been phenomenal since she came out in 1998. And she has a god given rock voice. Powerhouse, raspy voice. A shame she does pop music

Saw here live in 2014 on the Truth About Love tour. Got roped into going with my wife. Was always a fan, but figured it would be more pop than I wanted for 2 hours. Nope. Probably one of the best "rock" shows I've ever seen. Her band is insane. Justin Derrico is a MONSTER guitar player & she lets him shred at will. All of her pop songs, sounded rock. It was amazing. Oh yeah... and she can sing. This was a match made in heaven. They need to write a song or 10 together.

as great as she is Dave is able to go past what should be his limit where she is still in full control. I think for a song like this Daves 0 fucks approach works better. I have always liked Pink though so I'm not hating on her it just shows how damn good Dave is.
Probably my favorite song by them. Pink's voice meshed nicely with Dave's, they sounded great together.
But the chorus is so...Tuneless. Agreed about them meshing nicely though!

All musicians involved in both of these events are so genuinely happy to be on that stage...and that, is what playing music is all about..as sad as losing Taylor is, bringing all of these folks together, is the most awesome of an event, to imagine! Kudos to Mr. Grohl and all the others involved!

I love the fact that she genuinely knows the song. Like, I didn’t doubt she would know the chorus, but to know the actual song when she wasn’t at the mic, and improv small parts. I just love it so much and want them to collaborate on an album

@caronte008 I am not a Pink fan but hell she came out singin the song--no monitor-- and she was songin along without the monitor as well when just Dave was singin. Granted they did rehearsals to do this but from watchin her she listens to Foo Fighters.

I was at the show (in the pit - I'm visible in the crowd quite a bit in this video), and just watched this for the first time since that incredible night. Once again, the performance gave me chills. The power of rock and roll, the power of community, the power of love - it was all in the air that night.

P!nk is so special, i usually listen to melodic death metal, hard rock and minimal electro/deep house and i'm not into pop music at all,
but what she does is just so awesome that i can listen to it just fine.
her voice is sensational, her aura is so natural, believably real and her attitude on stage always lives up to what fans imagine or expect from her at concerts.
she never seems artificial, or overweening.
she is aware of her privileged position, but she has always kept both feet on the ground.
i'd be very happy if she did a rock cover album, or a feat. sing along with other rock bands.
her range is just so enormous that other singers should treat themselves hearing their music in P!nk's voice.

Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Pink, Alanis Morissette, Eddie Vedder, Amy Lee, Bowie, Cobain, Buckley... no ego, no pretenses, no bullsht, just genuine humans doing what they really love.
You know it when you see it, and it's a big part of what makes them great.

Wish Pink did more covers, of anything and everything. One of, if not the most talented vocalist of all time.
The Foo Fighter's paid the Bill for this Concert & Wembley. Flights ✈️, Hotel Bills, Meals. In London I believe they all stayed at the same Hotel for about a Week.
That includes the many Musician's, Techs, Road Crews, & many others.
Initially the Foo Fighter's after paying the expenses for all the Artists, ran this Concert at a loss. Maybe they might get their money back from the Streaming Services. If lucky they might make a profit. *I'm not sure whether any Artists got Paid for the Concerts. This would of been tough as their expenses for a Week would of been enough.
Then you've got to add the fact all these Musician's have their own Bands & Concert Tours. Its a massive effort & commitment to get all these Artists in the one place at the one time.
Finally it's a 6hr Concert, from 7pm to 1am, that's rare, unless its a Festival, that's got a much bigger budget.
Having said that, every one that was involved in London, has spoken very highly of their experience. Stewart Copeland had the time of his life in London hanging out with all his drummer contemporaries for a Week. It would of been the same for all the other Artists involved.
It's a nice thought though...
Just want to add something to my last comment. Foo Fighter's, as I previously mentioned are footing the bill for this Concert.
Anything they make from this, via Steaming Services etc, I believe is getting donated to Taylor's Family.
So I believe the Foo's pretty much made a loss, after paying for all the Musician's expenses, then either all the proceeds off, or a percentage of the proceeds from Ticket Sales & Streaming Services.
I can't find anything on whether the Musician's got paid at all, pretty sure they were very happy to give of their time. After all the Foo's were paying all their expenses. I reckon that would of been incentive enough. I believe a great time was had by all involved., with the Foo's running many open Bar Tab's
