as someone who suffers from adhd. this was some good advice. I often try to juggle multiple task at work/home which gets me drained and i make dum mistakes at work. this feels like more realistic way to be productive.

Slow Productivity reminds me of a few UA-camrs I tried to watch / listen to a few years ago who would talk SO FAST about strategies of growing your business I could not even follow them because I would get anxiety just trying to listen, follow and take notes.
Vanessa Lau was the biggest one I stopped following 2 years ago. Low and behold, recently she came out, admitted to burn out, fired most of her employees and now apparently does less in her business and talks much slower now.
Not sure if this speed of her voice in videos was her editor or her but I can see why she burned out talking as fast as she did in her videos.
For us aspiring UA-camrs and small business owners, some of us follow certain people religiously therefore if they are cranking out video after video talking so fast in videos, it makes you feel like there is something wrong with the Viewer that we can't keep up with THEIR level of productivity.
Pacing yourself to YOU is key.
I find I need a LOT of breaks mentally as a Single Mom having to get interrupted multiple times a day by my kiddo and to care for him, feed him, etc let alone keeping up with the household, cooking, my own self care and actually resting.

good video Mick. actually doing 10 things of value is wayyy better and more fulfilling than doing 20 things of small value.

Very timely as I have just taken a more focused job in the company but before I start my bosses want to entice me back. This video will frame my exit interview nicely.

The guy used the thumbnail of the guy(Cal Newport) who found the slow productivity thing in the intro to signify the bad productivity lol. 0:12

Cal wrote deep work which talked about how to be as productive as possible and slow productivity which heavily inspired this vid. I didn't notice his face in that thumbnail thou that is my bad.

As you should. I think a lot of people have a sleep is for the weak mentality despite it being the most important part of the day.

mhm, like why accept a hard time if things could be made easier? we all deserve an easy and happy life
