For workout I followed youtube videos of chloe ting , lilly sabri, pamela reif n walked 1 hr after dinner . I followed all this for an year n lost 35 kgs.

I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

I fully agree with being active throughout the day, i myself advise people to be like a sparrow 😊 just keep flying around and get your things yourself, for eg. The tv remote, your phone, your charger, your cup of tea, your book, and so on. JUST DO IT YOURSELF! Instead of eating in every two hours, we can eat 3 normal size meals and 2 small snacks in between the meals. This will be more beneficial and satisfying. Because its said we should eat only when we are hungry and if we eat on every two hours we will never feel hungry.
Hi Ayushi, I would agree to the science of your refrence that is portion control meals! But this works on very vigilant individuals! This will be no doubt satisfying! But one must have to be really disciplined to get benefits out of this form diet! One has to understand that diet only happen when somebody is willing to change the way they eat! You are mentioning a daily household meal mechanism! Eating every two hours enhances your BMR (Basal's Metabolic Rate) which ultimately burns more calories! This is a scientifically proven fact!
And who gets time to eat in every two hours while working in office? May possible in lockdown. Else not. But as you said we can eat in form of two snacks along with three meals.
Hi Shraddha, You are in right terms of insulin spiking or insensitivity due regular eating or we can say it is a condition that you can get into while eating on regular intervals! But, if you are including fruits which are good in glycemic index, you can easily maintain a good sugar level! Also there have been studies that to stay fit one must include fruits that are rich in fructose in there respective diets! People always think about maintaining a good diet and forget to make it sustainable for a long period of time by completely ignoring richness of carbs and sugar! Completely ignoring some things from your diet might result in what are mentioning but if you take opinion from a professional while making your diet, I am sure you won't get into trouble with your sugar levels. My story(for someone who has alws been lazy) : I started workout a year ago then I quit in a 5 days then started again n quit again. I have good athletic body though I'm not in sports but I also have a tummy which I was very upset about . I started work out n pranayam n meditation last month I did it for 7 days n I got addicted,it's takes me one n half hour daily I take one day break on first day of my period or whn I'm sick but thts it. I'm addicted to exercise I cnt start my day without sweat n it's smell lol. For those who r making excuses like they dnt have time, work, study etc.just start it anyhow n make it to a week n I promise u ll b addicted as well, being able to workout is a bliss.

Yo liseeeeen idk who needs to hear this out but , I've been doin intermittent fasting since the last 2 months , and it improved my body, (stronger nails, good hair , reduced body fat , more energy) , but yea my diet is mostly protien based and processed sugar is completely avoided , and my circadian rhythm's on point , gotta sleep 10pm-4am for a healthy ass body I swear
I agree 100%!! Been doing it for 4 1/2 to 5 months and reduced more than 10 kgs. It's not that hard when you get used to it and bonus points if you avoid junk food. I have to work on my sleeping pattern though. But if I have to suggest any person one diet- it would be IF.

Move your body. Strength training is most effective. 6. Pura din active rhen. Take the stairs. Walk instead. Bethe na rhe nithalo ki trh. 7. Eat local food. 8. Say no to sugar and processed food 9. Pani jyada piyen. Gut healthy rkhen. 10. Start nowwwwww!!!!

I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

I fully agree with being active throughout the day, i myself advise people to be like a sparrow 😊 just keep flying around and get your things yourself, for eg. The tv remote, your phone, your charger, your cup of tea, your book, and so on. JUST DO IT YOURSELF! Instead of eating in every two hours, we can eat 3 normal size meals and 2 small snacks in between the meals. This will be more beneficial and satisfying. Because its said we should eat only when we are hungry and if we eat on every two hours we will never feel hungry.

Absolutely, recently there have been a lot lot of studies which says eating every 2 hrs can bring insulin insensitivity (which then brings diabetes)
And who gets time to eat in every two hours while working in office? May possible in lockdown. Else not. But as you said we can eat in form of two snacks along with three meals.

You are in right terms of insulin spiking or insensitivity due regular eating or we can say it is a condition that you can get into while eating on regular intervals!
But, if you are including fruits which are good in glycemic index, you can easily maintain a good sugar level! Also there have been studies that to stay fit one must include fruits that are rich in fructose in there respective diets!
People always think about maintaining a good diet and forget to make it sustainable for a long period of time by completely ignoring richness of carbs and sugar! Completely ignoring some things from your diet might result in what are mentioning but if you take opinion from a professional while making your diet, I am sure you won't get into trouble with your sugar levels.

My story(for someone who has alws been lazy) : I started workout a year ago then I quit in a 5 days then started again n quit again. I have good athletic body though I'm not in sports but I also have a tummy which I was very upset about . I started work out n pranayam n meditation last month I did it for 7 days n I got addicted,it's takes me one n half hour daily I take one day break on first day of my period or whn I'm sick but thts it. I'm addicted to exercise I cnt start my day without sweat n it's smell lol.
For those who r making excuses like they dnt have time, work, study etc.just start it anyhow n make it to a week n I promise u ll b addicted as well, being able to workout is a bliss.

I could see myself, you actually talk about the real facts and realistic life of a person who have gained weight and going through the tough time. It actually helped me to change my plans to loose weight. My weight is 63 and i have gained my weight in past 4 years when i started working in a corporate company. Yo liseeeeen idk who needs to hear this out but , I've been doin intermittent fasting since the last 2 months , and it improved my body, (stronger nails, good hair , reduced body fat , more energy) , but yea my diet is mostly protien based and processed sugar is completely avoided , and my circadian rhythm's on point , gotta sleep 10pm-4am for a healthy ass body I swear
I agree 100%!! Been doing it for 4 1/2 to 5 months and reduced more than 10 kgs. It's not that hard when you get used to it and bonus points if you avoid junk food. I have to work on my sleeping pattern though. But if I have to suggest any person one diet- it would be IF.

4. Dinner jldi krlen. 8 bje tk.
5. Exercise is very important. Move your body. Strength training is most effective.
6. Pura din active rhen. Take the stairs. Walk instead. Bethe na rhe nithalo ki trh.
7. Eat local food.
8. Say no to sugar and processed food
9. Pani jyada piyen. Gut healthy rkhen.

That's a great way. My cousin lost weight by dancing regularly for atleast an hour everyday combined with a healthy diet.
Finally I found someone to relate to. I did the same thing I would go on crash diets and my hair started falling out in clumps and I am still healing from it.
