Viego R acts as an auto attack, as you saw in the video it procced PTA use this to your advantage to surprise burst enemies with PTA proc and Q Passive. If you are unsure how a certain champion works look up there combos and practice in practice tool just getting the simple combos or auto attack resets is enough. When practicing whether in normals, flex with some friends, or on a smurf DONT BAN ANY CHAMPS. If you ban Kindred or something because you struggle or because it is a hard Viego matchup utilize the time to practice the difficult/annoying matchup or champion. Finally, enjoy Viego he is a fun champ and when mastered will lead to very enjoyable games!

Too many times I would watch a video just to learn they don't main the champion and they're just some diamond player which is still an achievement since that makes up a very small percentage of the player base I want to listen to the VERY BEST OF THE BEST for a guide a challenger who mains it.

Hi Perry, at 8:18 you say you cannot W + flash + R as effectively as flash + W + R, i've just tested this in practice tool and if you W + flash instantly, similar to buffering any other spell + flash ability, you DO have the same range except it's actually FASTER than Flash + W + R. Seems to be that flashing cancels the W animation (whilst progressing the dashing movement) and allows you to R faster as there's no animation for W, similar to Yasuo EQ + flash.
There's a player on my server that plays Crit Viego Jg exclusively, thoughts on that perry? Kraken -> Collector -> Situational like 95% games edit: also I know kraken doesnt give crit anymore but he still builds it, also he goes hail of blades

Cause I see like at 30:45 u have both, is it if their team is kind of a mixture or it's bruisers and not rlly tanks, whats the mindset behind that?

great content, but i do have one piece of constructive criticism. not everything needs to be replayed multiple times. you could have cut out several minutes of runtime by just not replaying every fight twice.
can you explain build paths to kraken more in depth. For example, if you have 900 gold, u buy rectrox. but if you have like 1400, would it be better to go recursive bow + long sword or just rectrix and long sword or just straight buy hearthbound axe?
A question. I play Top Viego for fun (im neither a main, nor high elo by any means, but I really like it and its very fun). I use bassicly the same items as you, but my secound go to item is Stridebreaker for the Waveclear and to stick on targets. Do you think that is viable aswell, or is Trinity/Sundered THAT elemental?
@@h3r0shy64 amumu 60% wr vs viego in Grand master 55% winrate in diamoned too, not to say your wrong but amumu is defintly one of the harder matchups he can 1v1 you if you go kraken and can lock you during a possession, i would say the next hardest match up for me is kindred

@@lemanchot8530I think it has to do with the hard crowd control and tankiness. Viego can’t full combo one-shot amumu and amumu can peel for his teammates that could get full combo one-shot by Viego.
Am I tripping at 37 mins and 30 ish seconds u go for the riven and it looks like u land ur stun through a minion every time i try and gank a lane and i hit a minion my stun dont go off i just went in practice tool and put a dummy behind a minon and it didnt work. can i or can i not stun someone behind a mininon

I’d go titanic as the auto reset is valuable and it provides better states imo.

I tend to play for objectives with viego and end up only fighting for them which results in very low damage games and less impactful ones. Any tips ?
