1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup coconut oil or your choice of oil for deep frying

I’m sorry but I tried this tonight and it turned out so bad! My coconut flour looked whiter and finer than yours so maybe that’s why? The coating burnt in the oil before the prawns were cooked. 🤷🏻♀️
