    I've been using this product since 2018 (when I discovered it) on my tires. Awesome product and I get an easy 6-8 months of protection. Like Jeremy said in the video, prep is VERY IMPORTANT with this product. I put it on truck tires back in mid Dec and I believe I cleaned all 4 tires 5 times each. It's not fun cleaning 35" tall tires that many times but it's worth it in the end. The best applicator I have found to use is those Adam's foam blocks.

    I use a painters brush and dixie cup to apply. Give it about ten minutes and then i wipe (not wash) the tire with a microfiber. mazing results! Cerakote also make a decent tire restoration liquid if you cannot find the D3.

    Jeremy, I am not exactly sure if this can be shipped out your way but have you heard of Shine Supply Wise Guy Wheel & Tire Cleaner? I only specifically use this product for a full decon tire cleaner. Since the daily has been dirty for several weeks because of winter here in the Pacific Northwest I decided to tackle the tires with this stuff this weekend. I went back for a second pass with the Brake Buster in my IK Foam Pro and the tires were completely clean with white suds as I scrubbed using a Tuf Shine brush!

      The "Graphene " we all are seeing on the detailing market is just that, 'marketing'.... it's all BS 🤨. Most stuff out there are not true nano ceramics. Real ceramics are not cheap and the SiO2 ceramic, if real-deal, are multi-year strong. We go a bit further with it... our blends contain up to 18% titanium nano oxides with quartz.

    • @muchachogrande2019
      @muchachogrande2019 2 роки тому

      @@dorusrudisill2162 I'm in your corner on this one myself. I don't truly believe ceramic is quite perfect yet, let alone graphene.
      Any of the ceramic coatings I use have at least some Tio2 as well to help with that glossy look and combat water spots a little better than ceramic does on its own. I love the DPC line from Scott at Dallas Paint Correction.

      Not many 'ceramics' out there are actually 'ceramics'. Many are simply glorified Armor All, 303 types.... poly siloxane! Looks like Cerakote is the real thing. Ceramics are great but not a restoration product. They can enhance 'existing color ' and protect. RENEW PROTECT combines OEM type restoration, multiple UV blocks, and ceramic seal.

    An very important tip that can help to halve the entire process.
    Instead of many washes for each tire. Rather rinse the tire and then apply degreaser and scrub the the tire. One wash with degreaser will be more powerful than several washes with soapy water. Degreaser will get it back to "factory new" type of cleanliness.

    I was wondering why you use brake buster in a foam cannon you have to scrub so much and do it so much when you can use a product like malco fast shot and a wheel like that would come clean with 0 agitation when you are so experienced have you seen malco products ?

    • @HawaiiDetailing
      @HawaiiDetailing  2 місяці тому

      There are many ultra strong chemicals out there but it depends on the quality of the wheels you are cleaning as to how you want to do it. Too strong eats at the clear coat. Too weak and you will mar the clear coat with over agitation. Balance this process based on dirt level and wheel quality.

      P&S is super weak. I don’t really like many of Adam’s products but I tried their Tire and Wheel cleaner and I was shocked how well it worked. As soon as it hit the tire, it was pulling brown gunk off. I can’t even get Super Clean to do that.

      @@ROFLWAFFLE1911 for tires - FOR ME - P&S it's a product rather to "daily cleaning". When you have "daily dirt" to wash out - OK.
      But if you really want to clean junk tires you need to use dedicated tire cleaners. Here in Poland in Europe we have few detailing brand which have fantastic tire cleaners - I did some vids years ago...
