    Hi brother thanks for making these videos !
    I have two questions. If using for repair treatment you would want to wash your hair with water and apply the oil with damp hair (I’ll sleep with it on my hair like you do) that way I can wash with shampoo and conditioner the next morning right?
    Also I believe I saw in another comment that you wouldn’t want to apply the oil in your hair before styling but isn’t that what you did in the video? My current steps are wet hair, apply oil, original pre styler, blow dry and cavalier as post styler. Thanks bro

    • @MMTV
      @MMTV  5 років тому

      They are different products entirely but honestly it’s hard to see a difference in softness. There’s not one dry hair on my head when I use either one and if there was I’d totally say so, but I seriously see extreme softness and nourishment inside both products. Sometimes that’s just how it goes when you have two things that offer great results.

    Hey Mike!. i usually shower at night and style my hair in the morning. Should I use cloud control before sleeping to help me hair overall? Or would it work to use a couple hours before styling so that it's already in there and absorbed before I style? thanks!

    • @MMTV
      @MMTV  4 роки тому +1

      Just like I described in this video, you can use this in your hair before sleeping or pretty much any time you want as a mask, the idea is just to leave it in your hair for a while to soak in and then shampoo it out. I would wash it out before styling tho so it doesn’t make your hair too oily when your trying to style.

    Awesome video as always, man! Sorry I got to it so late, I was at a camp, haha. I have a few questions, if that's okay. I use Original by Blumaan when I get out of the shower, blowdry my hair, and then apply Monarch Matte Paste. This works decently,but the hold isn't that great. I have pretty fine, flat hair when I don't style it, and I was wondering if this would help with hold if I used it everyday as part of my styling routine? Or just a few days a week? Thank you! :)

    • @MMTV
      @MMTV  5 років тому +1

  • @MisterBigMack
    @MisterBigMack 4 роки тому

    Great review as always mike, I am very new into the world of “other hair products” (anything other than styling) - so I’ll ask you as your the expert, how does this differentiate from a product such as argon oil? I know Alex costa is bringing one out very soon from the forte series

    • @MMTV
      @MMTV  4 роки тому

      Well Argan oil is strictly an oil and doesn’t really offer any styling benefits. It will smooth the hair, but I will let you know that unless someone is adding something to the Argan oil, then no Argan oil is different than any other Argan oil. That oil comes from the Argan tree in Morocco, so it’s bottled up and sold- obviously you want pure Argan to have the best benefits so if he or anyone else Is coming out with an Argan oil it wouldn’t be any different than you buying a jug of pure Argan oil online and then putting it in a bottle haha. This is why my grooming oil contains a formula of multiple oils designed to perform specific functions but that’s a discussion for another day.
      Argan oil doesn’t style your hair though, it doesn’t give hold. It just makes your hair smooth basically so Cornerstone is different because it does provide hold, it does provide volume, it provides an over all shape and style.

    • @MisterBigMack
      @MisterBigMack 4 роки тому

      Modern Man TV ah right ok - yeah I am not really looking into any sort of oil in giving it any sort of hold or volume or texture but something to help my hair basically - I’m 32 and I’ve never ever really had anything in my hair to help it apart from shampoo and conditioner so like I said in my original comment - this is all very new to me
      So what does cloud control give me that argan oil does or vice versa? I know it massively helps my hair but does one thing do something which the other doesn’t?

    • @MMTV
      @MMTV  4 роки тому

      MisterBigMack yeah no problem. It can all be confusing when your first starting but Argan oil, my grooming oil and cloud control fall into a category of a hair tonic. Those are oils or a collection of oils in my grooming oil, and cloud controls case- that utilize various oils to perform specific functions for your hair/scalp/skin. So instead of relying on just Argan oil for example, which is great, but can only do so much- there’s additional oils brought in to provide various healing, nourishing, and repairing benefits. How you decide on what tonic to use, is you look at what oils they are using and what benefits they provide, then you look at the price and size of the bottle and make your value decision based off that. Does that make sense? Hopefully it didn’t just confuse you even more haha

    • @MisterBigMack
      @MisterBigMack 4 роки тому +1

      Modern Man TV yeah it’s a little confusing I won’t lie! I bought a tub of forte texture clay few months ago and like I said I have literally just bought a bottle of the volume cream from blumaan so I’m not tied to any particular brand or whatever, I suppose (in oils term) its all trial and error as I have no idea what my hair “needs”at this point, appreciate you replying mike 👍

    • @MMTV
      @MMTV  5 років тому +1

      I’d say it works very similarly, but CC has the added bonuses of doing the treatment and beard control. I guess you could use 25 for treatment too but I kinda prefer the direct oils. Softness is about the same if I’m being honest and idk if I’d use them together unless your using smaller amounts of each. I’d be afraid of over doing it.

      Belal Iqbal they turned it off on cloud control for the first month, which was something I didn’t know about. I’ve tested the code on the other items and it still works and I’m told next month the code will work on cloud control.

    Hey Mike Great review. Editing was really good. But, the voice needs to be a bit more clear/loud. Maybe a microphone would help. (IMO)
    Keeping putting out great content.

      I was skeptical of the stopper at first but it’s really the same as a pump or even a dropper, actually it’s a bit more precise even with how much comes out.
