I’ve tried the original formula and it was legit however over time the product did harden making it difficult to get out of the jar. I was bummed when they stopped making it because this was my go to product. I’m excited that the product is back and can’t wait to try it out.

Great review. Sold me on the diff of wet and dry review. I’m usually on the run and have no time to blow dry, therefore my hairs it’s usually damp. I’ve used cavalier a couple of times and wanted something different. Thanks
scarface4u2 I used to be the same, I worked with families in the home and was on the run constantly and had little time to blow dry sometimes. I found the more I blowdried, the more I tried it and got my styling routine down, the quicker it actually got! I can blow dry and style in a couple mins now. I think it’s just like any other skill, If you do it a bajillion Times your going to get faster at it haha! Thanks!

thats one of those things thats hard for me to predict as I dont have curly hair myself. For something for day to day use, I'm using original currently but I'm looking for a product that is less of a prestyler and more of an actual styler. So I was thinking of getting a paste/wax/clay, something like arcadian matte paste or arcadian pomade clay.

Im considering this one, or the flagship cream pomade, or the flagship deadsea clay, which one would you recommend for someone with a very thick straight coarse hair, that wants a more messy/textured backslick?
Great review, I appreciate your honesty. Having said that, any compelling reason to try this if products like Gray Ghost, Nostalgic SWB and similar firm hold cream pomades are already working really well for me? (besides curiousity) Thanks!
I would say it works a ton better than nostalgic hands down. It doesn’t directly compare to anything else and I’m not comparing it to nostalgic I’m just saying I think it produces a better style in the end than nostalgic. Gray ghost, I think is also different. It’s a bit lighter weight in the hair producing more volume than fifth sample, but fifth would top it on hold strength.
I was one of the people that got that candle style lol!!! I was so bummed out even heated it up in the microwave and stuff at first lol

Please try Morris motley chrome! It‘s kinda like a pomade killer. It does the same thing but it‘s healthy for the hair and washes out easily
I’ve already reviewed chrome and tried it several times. I think it and fifth produce different results entirely. Chrome isn’t as polished in my hair and doesn’t give off any of that “creamy slick pomade feel” like this does.
Zac Atkinson im pretty sure chrome is targeted at people with thicker hair but im sure it’ll still work fine for you

Performance-wise there's nothing better than 5th sample, but for me the scent is too strong once in my hair. It's more like fumes than a scent and it irritated my eyes if I applied more than 1 small scoop. The scent from the jar is OK, its when you apply it and activate the product where the scent jumps out at you. I'd prefer for them to change the scent altogether and remove that "vapor" quality that it has for a milder scent.
I like your videos. You really go into details with the products. Only, lately it feels like you tent to "repeat" yourself in order to get well understood. As though, hateful comments about your talent is getting to you. Thanks for the reviews. You're amazing, brother.
Osmr Un Epílogo I don’t think hate comments make me repeat myself, I think hate comments will come no matter what. Look at the best you tubers out there and you will still find hate. If I repeat myself then it’s cuz I feel the need to and perhaps that is lacking of confidence, maybe it’s not needed.. I’m not sure which- maybe it’s both but I’m just doing the best I can while I enjoy the ride haha

I’d say it’s about 4/5 out of 10 for me on shine level. I don’t generally like to give an exact because this one can act differently in folks’s hair. My hair for example has a helping of natural shine to it, which gets exaggerated by this pomade- and the level of which it gets exaggerated is based on how much I use. I’ve seen folks with this get a medium shine and a lower more natural shine.

so I bought discovery kit and this one is my Panic! pomade. By that I mean if I'm in a hurry and I didn't get my hair to look how I wanted, cause it happens sometimes You know how it is - I can apply this one and cone it and this thing will tell my hair who's the boss. I really like this one and the scent is awful :)

Being a huge fan of Bluuman products (styling meraki and cavalier clay)... I sadly cannot get this product to work for me and I feel like they missed the mark on this one. I've found the scent to be awful and reminds me of cheap toothpaste and not in a refreshing minty way. The pomade doesn't break down as well as I expect an unorthodox pomade to breakdown. It does go into the hair easily but it's hard to achieve a good style due to it clumping the hair together and not providing clean lines with a comb or brush. The hold is amazing and very nice for a water based pomade. Restyling isn't as good as I needed either as you have to add water or it frizzes out. Unfortunately adding water causes you to lose the awesome hold power.
My overall assessment... They came out with a product that directly competes with their other products in their lineup (hydrid cream clay and matte paste) both of which out perform the pomade. I kinda wish they had just done a traditional oil based pomade instead.

Faraz Rahman it is light blue in the jar. As to your question regarding being colorblind I suggest a doctor, as I wouldn’t trust anyone on UA-cam to diagnose any visual impairments

diego baeza we’ll paradox is a gel type of sorts this is an unorthodox waterbased pomade so they are different.

Luckily it’s not very strong so when you use it you don’t have to smell it! Sometimes that’s a feature that saves products.

Roland Jacobs what mistakes? You mean the hardening up on the first release? That was literally just the labs screw up. It had nothing to do with formulation they did something wrong.
That's because your hair is super straight and soft. If you put this on any coarse hair thick hair..YOU HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM IN YOUR HAIR ...and it smells like chemicals and just NO...no...NO..i want my money back
Natsuki - Life is a Balloon lol anyone can make their hair soft for 1 that’s not like having straight hair ( which is also wrong, my hair is technically wavy) but the biggest mistake here is assuming that because you don’t like it or don’t think it works that No one will! If you don’t like it that’s just fine, that’s hair products but not everyone will agree or have the same experience as you.

@@MMTV how do you make your hair soft? if my hair was like yours I WOULD SCOOP many scoops ..:D but if your hair was dry thick coarse wavy hair like mine...you put this on ...and you feel yucky inside your hair that penetrates inside your soul. That's how i feel about it Lol BUT IT'S my personal experience.
Natsuki - Life is a Balloon well you use better shampoos to start. That helps a ton, and then this pomade contains multiple ingredients that actually nourishes the hair after you use it- but to start with- wet your hair and then run a towel over it so that your hair is not fully dry and then apply the pomade. That will help until you get your dry hair soft enough to not have issues. I’ve made a couple videos already about getting hair softer too
The only thing thats keeping me from buying any blumaan product is the blumaan guy himself,he just looks so basic.
