      I came from a gsxr 600 and absolutely love the streetfighter v2, I just got it yesterday but I'm already in love. I don't know how fast the 1000 bikes are because I have never rode one, but comparing this to a 600 it is fast and doesn't disappoint. good luck shopping and ride safe!

    Ive owned a Yamaha R1 and a GSXR 750 and now I own the V2. I'd take the V2 any day. The R1 was faster but it was straight line speed and not very comfortable. The V2 is PLENTY fast and handles like a dream, it can shred the twisty roads like nothing Ive been on. I am a way better rider on this bike and enjoy the seating position so much more.

  • @quaffncoff1718

    I picked up mine yesterday, I love it! My old bike was a 2005 gsxr 600 and I am not disappointed on the streetfighter v2. I have never rode a 1000 gsxr or a liter bike, so I am not sure if the v2 is as fast as those but to me it is super fast and I love how easy it is to handle. I am 5 foot 8 inches tall and I feel super comfortable on it. I also think it sounds amazing and like the valve in the exhaust, so when just cruising at low speeds it gets super quiet and not drone. Even though no wind protection it does cut threw the wind. I rode a 2018 ducati scrambler 1100 and they are both naked bikes and I felt like the streetfighter diverted the wind better. But i also plan on getting a wind screen for it, it comes in a week so I can let anyone know how it is if you ask me lol. But all in all I wanted a sport bike that didn't kill my back like the gsxr 600 and I think this is a great upgrade to a bike like that. If you ride a liter bike you may want the v4 version. Awesome review!

    A good bike no doubt. This was on my list for a new bike this year. But several things made me change my mind. The price. It's too expensive for what you really get. You can buy other proper super nakeds for the same or less money. I bought the standard new Aprilia 1100 V4 Tuono [and what a bike that is] for less and that comes with cruise control, a fuel gauge , a nicer bigger TFT screen and of course that legendary V4 motor. As good as this bike is Ducati have dropped a clanger with pricing.

      @@Shadow-nz1dm Brilliant bike. No issues so far. This latest version is the most refined and any niggles with previous models have been ironed out. Aprilia are generally regarded as the most Japanese like of the Italian bike manufacturers so reliability is generally good. The v4 motor is an absolute legend and there is no bike that sounds better. It is so addictive you cannot stop giggling and grinning every time you open the throttle. For the price this bike cannot be beaten in my humble opinion.

      A streetfighter or muscle bike is a motorcycle of high displacement and horsepower, typically a super bike, with the fairings and windscreen removed. This is the definition of a streetfighter, which this bike represents perfectly. Not sure what you're upset about.

    • @itsmybike1078
      @itsmybike1078 2 роки тому

      @@Druezy A street fighter is a super sport motorcycle thats been downed or crashed, and then re-built from scratch! re-built with a personal touch and ideas to the basic level and a street-fighter is never finished. it can be any size CC as long as its a super sport, so your saying a 600 GSXR or R6 can not be a street-fighter ?? you can not buy a street-fight or mass production, because every street-fighter is totally different! regardless if its the same bike! Just as you can buy a retro classic cafe racer but its not a real cafe racer is it, because it would have to be a 1950s-60s and 70s road bike made into a sports bike. not some copy from 2022 because the manufacturer says so. The Ducati is a naked super-sport and thats it, there is nothing street-fighter about it when it has fitted plastics and tail etc on a production level

      @@itsmybike1078 A street fighter is basically a sports bike with the faring removed, and a higher handlebar.. Who says it has to be damaged or build from scratch? If I bought a panigale V2, crashed it, and build it like the streetfighter V2, would it be a streetfighter then? And a cafe racer is just a naked bike with clipons and a hump back, so you are wrong again.
